★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kesini udah gaenak hati, karena baru masuk akses jalannya udh terjal banget, tikungan tajam dan menurun, masuk hutan², pas liat bagian perumahan nya kaya bener² di tengah² hutan, pas mau balik lewat jalan lain bener² hampir 90⁰ sudutnya motor gakuat dan hampir mundur, bener² keselamatan dipertaruhkan, walopun rumah keren dan murah tapi kalau akses jalan seperti itu lebih baik mundur, karena sangat membahayakan.
 The first time I came here, I was uncomfortable, because I just entered the access road, the road was very steep, the bend was sharp and downhill, I entered the forest, when I saw the housing section it was like it was really in the middle of the forest, when I wanted to go back through another road, it was really almost 90⁰ angle, the motorbike was not strong and almost reversed, safety is really at stake, even though the house is cool and cheap, but if the road access is like that, it's better to back off, because it's very dangerous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nih ak kemarin mau berangkat kerja terus papasan sama mobil pas ditanjakan dan hampir jatuh ke jurang karena jalannya sempit dan terjal cuma bisa buat lewat 1 mobil ajah , plis yh tolong kasih akses jalan yang memadai!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sempat survey wuih jalannya sempit terjal bnyak jurang dan bahaya maut mengintai.... Mending cari lokasi lain saja yg akses jalannya mudah.

Padahal pas awal marketing katanya bisa refund kalau KPR ditolak.
Apa ada yg ngalami seperti saya, tagih di akhirat aja kali ya besok duitnya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hal yg paling banyak dibahas pasti akses jln masuk,, sekarang sebenarnya kondisi sdh lebih baik, udah berbentuk corblok, tp masih terbilang sempit dan banyak turunan, lumayan hrs hati² krn licin, ada portal untuk masuk dr jln raya, ini yg lewat sisi selatan, yg sisi utara, Utara tugu gentong, jalannya msh kurang rata, dan ada tikungan serta turunan yg lumayan tajam, bagi yg belum terbiasa, harap lewat akses jln selatan tugu gentong, masuk area perum juga turunan lumayan tajam, tp sudah di cor,, pembangunan sudah sampai blok depan, blok belakang sudah mulai ada penghuni, semoga proyek nawa yg lain segera menyusul dibangun, dan lancar
