★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mama saya mijet di sini utk 90 menit. Kami nungguin mama mijet dan set timer 90 menit. Baru 60 menit, mama sudah telp mengabarkan sudah selesai. Pas mau bayar, resepsionis dan terapisnya keukeuh 90 menit dan baru nyerah belakangan bahwa "salah denger cuma 60 menit".
Pastikan saja kalau mau mijet di sini, pasang timer. Atau mijet di tempat lain saja.
 My mom here massage for 90 minutes. We are waiting for mama mijet and set the 90 minute timer. It's only been 60 minutes, mom has telephoned to say it's over. When I wanted to pay, the receptionist and therapist lasted 90 minutes and only gave up later that "wrong hearing was only 60 minutes".
Just make sure if you want to squeeze in here, set a timer. Or massage anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Td sy bawa ibu sy massage di sana 70 mnt, belum sampai 70 mnt sdh selesai. korupsi wktu sampe 15 mnt. Sy tny ibu sy , bgmn massage y , ibu sy bilang hny di elus doang, trus bagian belakang bdn cuma 3x usap an, udh selesai, bagian dpn ngak ada di pijit. Kapoooookkkkk sy, bw ortu sy kesana.
But I brought my mother massage there 70 minutes, not until 70 minutes I finished. corruption until 15 min. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uda lama banget saya ga refleksi di sini krn terakhir saya dpt terapis cewe yg ternyata br 2 bulan bekerja. Saya ga komplen krn saya tau org kerja itu kaya apa; tapi saya ga balik lg ke sini sampai hr ini. Dua tempat refleksi langganan saya tutup krn idul adha, krn kaki saya sgt pegal saya jd ke sini. Sebnrnya dpt terapis mijitnya ok,walau pas kaki kanan agak jd kurang konsen krn teman2 nya sangat berisik. Pada saat saya dtg ada 3 customer lain yg kemudian selese lebih dulu dr saya. Terapis dan kasir kemudian makan malam dan ada yg buka puasa bareng. Mrk makan di salah satu tirai tertutup yg biasa dipakai massage.
Suara tertawa mrk seolah ga memperdulikan kalau msh ada customer dan percakapan mrk yg buat saya ga pantas. Ada bbrp percakapan yg saya highlight (terpikir oleh saya utk merekamnya)

Please..emang tinggal saya sendiri customer saat itu (sekitar jam 18-18.40) tp sayajuga customer yg bayar dan rasa nya mrk ga bikin suasana jd nyaman ya. Emang di luar ruangan/area ciputra nya rame; tp ga perlu bikin rame lg apalg dengan kata2 yg tdk pantas diucapkan saat ada customer
Selesai saya ada customer (yg sptnya langganan dgn salah satu terapis)krn dia menyebut nama dan mau duduk di kursi yg biasa dia duduk. Kemudian 1 customer laki foreign people.
Pertanyaan nya apakah dari manajemen itu ada sop perbedaan kalau sudah tinggal 1 customer boleh ngobrol keras,ketawa bahkan percakapan yg ga pantas
Oke..ga ada lg laen x.

For a long time I didn't reflect here because I was last able to get a girl therapist who turned out to be working for 2 months. I don't complain because I know what kind of work people are; but I haven't come back here until today. Two places of reflection my subscriptions closed because Eid al-Adha, because my legs are so sore I came here. Actually, the massage therapist can be ok, even though the right foot is a bit lacking in concentration because his friends are very noisy. At the time I was with 3 other customers who then finished first from me. The therapist and cashier then have dinner and some break the fast together. They eat in one of the closed curtains used for massages.
Their laughing voices seemed to not care if there were still customers and their conversations that made me inappropriate. There are some conversations that I highlight (it occurred to me to record them)

Please ... it was just my own customer at that time (around 18-18.40) but I was also a customer who paid and it didn't feel comfortable. Weve outside the room / ciputra area is crowded; but you don't need to make more things with inappropriate words when you have a customer
When I finished, there was a customer (who had a subscription with one of the therapists) because he mentioned the name and wanted to sit in the chair he used to sit. Then 1 male foreign customer.
The question is whether there is a difference in the management of soup if there is only one customer left to talk loudly, laugh even inappropriate conversations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good massage. Hanya kurang detail utk bagian reservasinya. Sy minta full body massage, Tp yg dimassage cuma punggung sama kaki. Mirip sama reflexolgy nya yg sebelumnya saya pernah dapat disitu dg seorang bapak2 ( lupa namanya. Tapi keahlianya tdk diragukan lagi ) Next sy lebih suka massage sama bapak itu. This is not about price, Tapi tentang keseluruhan pelayanan. Sy kecewa dengan Bagian reservasinya. Terapist hanya menerima order dari depan bukan untuk disalahkan. Mereka bagus2. Ini bukan kali pertama saya kesitu.
Good massage. Only less detail for the reservation. I'm asking for a full body massage, but the only massage is the back of the foot. It's the same as the reflexology that I had previously gotten there with a gentleman (forgot his name. But his expertise is no doubt) Next I prefer massage with that gentleman. This is not about price, but about the overall service. I'm disappointed with the reservation section. The therapist only accepts orders from the front not to blame. They are good. This is not my first time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama2 ya saya mau mempertekankan "First impression is very important" kesan pertama aja ud jelek, nada bicaranya kurang menyenangkan seakan2 saya miskin seakan2 bakal booking terapi yang paling murah, eh ternyata saya kaya, saya mau booking full body, saya kasih tips malah ke tukang mijitnya pas ud selesai refleksi, tp yang bikin paling kecewanya adalah mijitnya kurang dari waktu yang saya booking, kedua saya disrh tunggu atau muter mall karena lg full, suruh saya balik 3 jam kemudian, baru 2 setengah jam saya balik eh dia malah bilang yg cewek full smua kalau begitu ngapain tadi saya di suruh muter mall, kenapa gk suruh gw duduk distu aja suruh gw nunggu di sana gpp kok tp dia malah kyk gk mw tawarin tempat duduk gthu, eh malah ud dia yang salah ngeyel lg bilangnya "gak buka baju kok, kan pijit tangan dan kaki saja jd gpp sama cowok ya" muke dia bete lg, anjing lu!!! yang harus bete saya kali, saya maunya terapi full body dia malah sengaja pura2 lupa kasi saya cuman half body (maksudnya kaki dan tangan doank) ya udah gw langsung bilang aja sama pemijitnya saya mw di pijit dileher dan bahu inget ya!!! Saya gak bakal balik lagi kesini
First of all, I want to emphasize "First impression is very important" the first impression is bad, the tone of speech is not pleasant as if I was poor as if I was going to book the cheapest therapy, uh, it turns out I'm rich, I want to book a full body, I give tips instead to a handyman The massage was done when I finished reflecting, but what made me the most disappointed was the massage was less than the time I booked, the second time I was sent to wait or go to the mall because it was full, told me to come back 3 hours later, only 2 and a half hours I came back eh he even said the girl it's full, then why was I told to go to the mall, why didn't you tell me to sit down and tell me to wait there it's okay but it looks like he didn't offer me a seat, eh, he's the one who made the mistake of yelling again saying "don't take off your clothes" how come, you just massage your hands and feet, so it's okay with a guy, right?" he's getting pissed off again, your dog!!! what I had to do was bete, I wanted full body therapy, he even pretended to forget that I was only half body (meaning just my hands and feet) I just said that with the massager, I just want to massage my neck and shoulders, remember that!!! I will not come back here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Butuh frontliner, sudah nunggu 1 jam lebih baru dibilang tidak bisa handle karena ada yg booking padahal saat book jg tidak diberitahu. Terapis yang terima book tidak minta maaf karena tidak info, malah mojokin customer. Padahal pijetan oke tp pelayanan reservasi mengecewakan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The foot massage to end all foot massages. Usually it is a problem for me to find a place where adequate pressure is applied. This was excruciating in the best of ways. 7$ for 70 minutes. Beyond fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im quite satisfied with the treatment. A lil bit pricey but worth.. im with mba wenny.. shes so friendly and know what she has to do.. will definately come back. Its my first time having treatment here and feel so good after got bad mood from another reflexology.. the minus is they dont have debit machine *?.. they accepted cash only so i need to walk to get my cashes.. i read the review about them cheating the time of treatment. So i monitored the time and they didnt cheat me even i get a lil bit extended time lucky me ?. Either there is misunderstanding or they have improved the performance. But i dont care because i got a satifying treatment yay.
