Tapi karena hujan dan kondisi Jakarta macet dari arah Tomang, kami telat sekitar 20 menitan, tapi pihak Natural Therapy membatalkan secara sepihak ketika kami tiba di tempat. Dengan alasan kami terlambat, padahal ada therapist yang sedang available dan jam operasional masih jam 8 malam. Kami kecewa
Bad service. We already book via telephone from the afternoon. But because of the rain and the condition of Jakarta being jammed in the direction of Tomang, we were about 20 minutes late, but Natural Therapy canceled it unilaterally when we arrived at the place. For reasons we are late, even though there are therapists who are available and operating hours are still at 8 pm. We are disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali mencoba paket reflexology disini, mungkin akan menjadi yang terakhir karena telapak kaki saya dibuat bengkak. Padahal sebelumnya saya sudah bilang kalau saya kesakitan dan terapis juga mengetahui tapi tetap dipijit keras di titik yang sama dengan tekanan yang sama berulang-ulang. Baru menyadari ketika selesai saat menapak lantai bahwa telapak kaki saya bengkak :)
First time trying the reflexology package here, maybe it will be the last because my feet are swollen. Even though I had previously said that I was in pain and the therapist also knew, but I was still being massaged hard at the same point with the same pressure over and over again. I only realized when I finished hitting the floor that the soles of my feet were swollen :)
