★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadi habis kesana mau mananyakan promo jumat diskon 50% yampun Csnya yg rambut pendek yg satunya yg (rambutnya tidak semiran) jutek sekali menjawab pertanyaan terkesan tidak ramah mnjawabnya...kalo perlu dintraining lagi dh tu biar tau ngelayani customer dengan baik...karna customer adalah raja, not recomend ??
 I was there, I wanted to ask for the Friday promo 50% discount, sorry Cs. The one with short hair, the other one (the hair isn't polished) when he answers questions, he doesn't seem friendly, he answers... if you need to be trained again, that's it so you know how to serve customers well... because customer is king, not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadi kesini hampir jam 1 mau treatment tp gajadi katanya kalo mau nunggu sekitar 1,5-2 jam lagi. Itupun msh estimasi. Hff keliatannya sepi tp ternyata byk yg treatment. Pelayanannya sbnrnya ramah koo?
I was here at almost 1 o'clock for treatment, but it didn't happen if you wanted to wait for another 1.5-2 hours. That's still an estimate. Hff looks quiet but it turns out that there are many who are being treated. The service is really friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari Selasa, 12 April berkunjung ke Natasha Jl. Kaliurang untuk treatment laser bintil di area mata, lupa nama treatment nya apa hehe
Pelayanan dari jam 09.00 - 17.00, tanggal 11 April nya pukul 15.30 an udah reservasi dan konsultasi dokter. Dokternya ramah, sopan, dan jujur dengan pelayanan (tanpa harus menawari treatment lain seperti harus memakai krim ini itu dahulu)
Lalu jam 08.49 saya sudah datang, pengunjung nya sudah ramai. Saya dapat nomor antrian 18, namun karena sudah reservasi jadi tinggal menunggu panggilan
Baru pertama kali perawatan di Natasha. Jadi baru sekali ini mendaftar member. Pelayanan baik, ramah, kredibel, tempat bersih dan luas. Pembayaran mudah.
Hasilnya juga memuaskan. Terimakasih
Tuesday, April 12 visited Natasha Jl. Kaliurang is for laser treatment of nodules in the eye area, forgot the name of the treatment hehe
The service is from 09.00 - 17.00, on April 11 at 15.30, you have a reservation and a doctor's consultation. The doctor is friendly, polite, and honest with the service (without having to offer other treatments such as having to use this cream first)
Then at 08.49 I arrived, the visitors were already busy. I got queue number 18, but because I have a reservation, I just have to wait for the call
This is the first time treatment at Natasha. So this is the first time to register as a member. Good service, friendly, credible, clean and spacious place. Easy payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the biggest Natasha clinic in town, also served as its headquarters. The waiting room is very spacious with luxurious furnishings. When coming in, get the queue number from the machine close to entrance door. Your number will be called, either for administration purposes or for treatment. The treatment rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor.
I felt that treatment is average, even though the pricing is pretty steep, double or triple other local clinics. The place might look exclusive, but the treatment room is shared by 4 people (4 beds) and felt like a hospital than a place to relax. Not quiet because you can hear people talking beside you or the cell phone beeps.
