★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu Facial di natasha adalah yang terbaik , sekarang adalah klinik yg harus di hindari, sedih banget staff nya kasar banget, lelet dan gak ramah padahal dulu staff nya the best.
 In the past Facial at Natasha was the best, now it's a clinic to avoid, sadly the staff are really rude, slow and unfriendly even though the staff used to be the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang jam 6.50 PM disuruh pulang uda ga bole ketemu dokter dengan alasan dokter yang ada cuma satu. Udah jauh2 ke sini dan butuh darurat lagi. Trus besoknya coba dateng lagi, cuma mau treatment tapi dipaksa beli krim malam padahal krim mereka uda ga cocok di kulit. Bakal berhenti ke natasha.
Coming at 6.50 PM, I was told to go home and I couldn't meet the doctor for only one reason. Already far here and need another emergency. Then the next day try to come again, just want treatment but are forced to buy night cream even though their creams are still not suitable on the skin. Will stop at Natasha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jujur saya kecewa dengan pelayanan Natasha taman anggrek,saya baru pertama kali kesini dan ternyata saya dapat jam 2 tapi mundur jam 4..benar benar gak ontime dan paling parahnya facial nya sadis sakit banget lain dari klinik lain...
Gak bersih jga... cukup sekali aja bye
Honestly, I'm disappointed with Natasha's service at the orchid garden, it's my first time here and it turns out I got it at 2 but back at 4.
It's not clean either... just once bye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas kesini mau facial saja, tempatnya luas sudah direnovasi dan pindah ke tempat baru. Pelayanan ramah, harga facial saja sekitar 250k, facialnya di kamar khusus perempuan, tempatnya bersih, nyaman, hanya treatmentnya waktu keluarkan komedo terlalu sakit, sampe nangis, btw all over bagus dan bersih.
When you come here just want facials, spacious place has been renovated and moved to a new place. Friendly service, the price of facials is around 250k, the facials are in women's rooms, the place is clean, comfortable, the only treatment is to remove blackheads too sick, cry, btw all over nice and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget sama natasha cabang taman anggrek,sy tlp mau booking jam 3.30 untuk facial katanya suruh datang aja karena lagi sepi,tetapi begitu sampai sana malah ikut antrian jam 5.30..kalo tidak bisa di booking lebih baik omong diawal dong,jangan orang uda cape2 kesana malah disuruh antri lagi,sungguh2 tidak profesional, dan pelayanan nya juga buruk tidak ramah..super duper kecewaaa
Very disappointed with Natasha, the orchid garden branch, I called, I wanted to book at 3.30 for a facial, she said to just come because it was quiet, but when I got there, I joined the queue at 5.30. there instead I was told to queue again, really unprofessional, and the service was also bad and not friendly ... super duper disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 hours of waiting and still no sign of entering the theraphy room although payment has been completed in advance..the cs keeps saying a patient inside having a theraphy for only 20mins...super poor service
