★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu pengerjaan treatmennya terlalu lama , krn pd saat masker di tinggal kelamaan dan Menunggu lagi utk treatment selanjutanya bisa hampir 1/2 jam sampai 1 jam.
Byk waktu yg terbuang dengan alasan dokter hanya 1 orang
 The treatment time is too long, because the mask is left over time and waiting for further treatment can be almost 1/2 hour to 1 hour.
A lot of time is wasted on the grounds that the doctor is only 1 person

Jelas uda konsul, mau ambil cream aja bertele2.. Dan disuruh facial tp krn uda jam /4 ditolak krn katanya mrk tutup jam 5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kebetulan terakhir ke sini H-2 sbelum lebaran jd cukup sepi g banyak antrean. Bisa konsultasi dokternya baik, ramah dan enak buat konsul. G nunggu lama buat prwatan mungkin krn mo lebaran yaa, kapsternya pk masker, sarungtangn gt, sm baju plindung mgkn g sprti hasmat c, agak kcewa treatment tdk diawasi dokter biasanya dokternya yg kasih peeling nya, laynan ckup bgus dtingktkan lg plyanan nya n produknya, bnyk subtitut lain yg mnwrkn lyanan yg lebih baik loch.
It just so happened that I came here D-2 before Eid, so it was quite quiet, there were lots of queues. Can the doctor consultation be good, friendly and comfortable for the consul. Don't wait a long time for the treatment, maybe because it's Eid, the captain is a mask, a glove, a protective shirt, maybe a little bit c, it's a bit disappointed that the treatment is not supervised by the doctor, usually the doctor gives the peeling, the service is good, how to use the product many other subtitutes that provide better screenings loch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dari pertama dateng dulu pernah di tolak alasanya udah penuh untuk perawatan, tapi cara menyampaikannya mungkin bisa lebih baik. semoga saat itu bukan karena penampilanku yg bener2 alakadarnya.
datang lg karena kebetulan ada pekerjaan di deket sini.
staff front office sebenarnya baik, tapi the way mereka explained aku rasa kurang bgt ya di bandingkan sama clinic natasha lain di bekasi (galaxy dan lippo yg sangat ramah, informatif, dan melayani treatment dengan baik dan profesional) apalagi ini untuk sekelas clinic center nya di bekasi, ku rasa bisa bgt untuk di tingkatkan lagi.
kurasa pelanggan akan sangat merasa nyaman apabila di perlakukan baik, hal kecil seperti merasa di acuhkan, atau ditinggal2 ngobrol dengan staff2 lain misalnya, mungkin bisa di hindari, apalagi disini menjual jasa dan pelayanan.
untungnya dokter baik dan ramah.
beauty nya juga ramah dan informatif, cuma mungkin teknik treatment nya bisa di tingkatkan agar lebih baik, lebih rapih, dan terstruktur.
anyway thankyou natasha.

I came again because I happened to have a job near here.
the front office staff are actually good, but the way they explained I think it's not very good compared to other Natasha clinics in Bekasi (Galaxy and Lippo who are very friendly, informative, and provide good and professional treatment) especially for the class of their clinic center in Bekasi, I think it can be improved again.
I think customers will feel very comfortable if they are treated well, small things like feeling ignored, or left to chat with other staff, for example, might be avoided, especially here selling services and services.
luckily the doctor is kind and friendly.
the beauty is also friendly and informative, it's just that maybe the treatment technique can be improved so that it is better, neater, and structured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngga rame, tapi antri buat masuk ruang perawatan nunggu berjam-jam. Sedih banget. Tiap ke Natasha, hamba harus membuang waktu berjam jam cuma untuk mengantri. Sedih banget emg hidup ya. Temptnya luas, bersih wangi. Staffnya ramah pun.
Not crowded, but queued up to enter the treatment room waiting for hours. Really sad. Every time I went to Natasha, I had to waste hours waiting in line. It's really sad to live huh. The tempt is spacious, clean, fragrant. The staff is friendly too.
