Di telepon menjawab bila bisa perawatan siang ini namun tidak bisa reservasi, sama sepeeti minggu lalu jawabannya tidak bisa reservasi
Ketika datang langsung ditolak dan dijawab sudah penuh malah disarankan reservasi 1-2 hari sebelumnya oleh receptionistnya, tidak ada permintaan maaf dan tidak membantu sama sekali
Setelah 2x kejadian seperti ini..sangat mengecewakan
 December 25 at 13.00 come after call for reservation
On the phone answered if you can take care this afternoon but can't make a reservation, the same as last week the answer can't be a reservation
When it came it was immediately rejected and answered that it was full, instead it was suggested to make a reservation 1-2 days in advance by the receptionist, no apology and no help at all
After 2x incidents like this..very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasting time mulai dari nunggu buat konsultasi lalu ke kasir dan ke perawatan nya lama bgt, pemberian info gak valid katanya pemakaian voucher bisa diwakilkan tapi malah bertele tele bilang gabisa dipake dan harus pake ktp. Ribet dan sangat mengecewakan saya sbg member lama natasha
Wasting time starting from waiting for a consultation then going to the cashier and taking a long time to take care of it, the information given was not valid, they said that the use of vouchers could be represented, but instead they said they couldn't be used and had to use an ID card. It's complicated and very disappointing for me as an old member of Natasha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman sy order di Natasha di Kelapa Gading (boulevard raya) sore tadi aman ya kaka2, isi data & Konsul tidak antri, pengambilan produk di kasir aman & di lengkapi penyampaian cara pakai produknya, saya dapat gift 1 kotak pia, tidak ada waktu menunggu lama, smuanya ramah & gak ada jutek2? next 2 Minggu lagi kunjungan treatment ksana..muga memuaskan pelayanannya..
Tungguin review kunjungan treatment 2 Minggu ke depan yaa kaka2.. salam cantik dan sehat selalu ??
My experience ordering at Natasha in Kelapa Gading (boulevard Raya) this afternoon was safe, bro, fill in the data & the Consul did not queue, product collection at the cashier is safe & complete with delivery of how to use the product, I got a gift 1 box of pia, no long waiting time , everything is friendly & there is no jutek2 ? next 2 weeks more treatment visit there.. hopefully satisfying service..
Wait for the review of the treatment visit for the next 2 weeks, bro... greetings beautiful and healthy always

sangat kecewa! saya waktu datang sudah menanyakan: BOLEH lihat brosur untuk PILIH TIPE perawatannya dulu?, kemudian di kasih brosurnya dan HANYA BILANG: tapi ga ada harganya mba. saya bilang: iya gapapa.
kemudian saya nunggu setengah jam, setelah itu di panggil (inipun mau diselak sama orang yang udah kelewat 4 nomor antrian) dan ditanya sama karyawan laki-laki: ADA YANG BISA DIBANTU?
saya bilang: saya mau facial untuk redness, mas!
karyawan laki: harus konsultasi sama dokter dulu mba
saya: oh gitu, yasudah yang facial biasa aja mas.
kemudian dia bilang: SUDAH GA BISA KAK, SUDAH TIDAK ADA TERAPISNYA.
kenapa sih ga bilang waktu saya minta brosur diawal kalo memang sudah gabisa??? kan sudah tahu, mau perawatan saya harus nunggu setengah jam, cuma buat nungguin jawaban SUDAH GA BISA? mengecewakan bangettt!!! emang gabisa di komunikasikan ke security yang di pintu, apa saja yang sudah tidak bisa dilakukan?? harus bangett org nungguin buat suatu hal yang ga bisa gitu??? kecewa sekali lho ini, padahal member bertahun2 (walaupun jarang2 treatment).

very disappointed! When I arrived, I asked: CAN I see the brochure to CHOOSE THE TYPE of treatment first?, then I was given the brochure and JUST SAY: but there is no price, Ms. I said: yes it's okay.
Then I waited for half an hour, after that I was called (and I wanted to be interrupted by someone who had already missed 4 queue numbers) and asked the male employee: ANYONE CAN HELP?
I said: I want a facial for redness, mas!
male employee: you have to consult a doctor first, madam
me: oh that's right, it's okay with a normal facial, mas.
then he said: ALREADY CANNOT, sis, THERE IS NO THERAPY.
why didn't you tell me when I asked for the brochure at the beginning if it didn't work??? You already know, if you want treatment, I have to wait half an hour, just to wait for an answer, ALREADY CANNOT? very disappointing!!! Can't it be communicated to the security at the door, what can't be done?? people really have to wait for something that can't be done??? I'm really disappointed, you know, even though I've been a member for years (even though I rarely get treatment).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini buat ngilangin skin tag (daging tumbuh) di pinggang sebesar +/- 5mm, dan skin tag kecil-kecil di area leher ukuran kurang dari 1 mm, disaranin dokternya pake metode laser CO2.
Harganya lumayan wow.
2.5 juta, diskon 10persen karena hari rabu ada promo segitu buat konsumen laki.
Treatment dilakukan oleh dokternya dibantu 1 asisten. Keduanya ramah dan baik sih.
Ending2nya dimarahin nyonya gue kemahalan harusnya referensi cek harga praktek dokter kulit rumahan dulu katanya wkwk. Tapi udahlah lagi dateng kemalasan jiwa buat nyari2 n ngecek2.

2.5 million, 10% discount because Wednesday there is a promo like that for male consumers.
Treatment is carried out by the doctor assisted by 1 assistant. Both are friendly and kind.
The ending was scolded by my lady, it was too expensive, it should have been a reference to check the price of a home dermatologist practice, she said, wow. But never mind the laziness of the soul to search and check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly, slow, bad bad customer service. The therapist who did my facial was unfriendly (her name is W***), she did work meticulously on my face part by part, but skipped a lot of areas. Not recommended the therapist W***. I switched to another skin clinic, also in Kelapa Gading, which offers professional, attentive and friendly customer service. I do NOT recommend Natasha Clinic at Kelapa Gading.
