Mohon ditingkatkan lagi pelayanan nya, kita adalah customer. Tanpa customer mungkin warunk C.I.T sendiri ga akan sampai semaju ini :)
Est 2016-2021disaat pandemi seperti ini masih tetap ramai ada nya, masa iya tidak ada perubahan selama 4thn ini ? Saya sendiri sudah makan ditempat dan order via shopeefood tetap sama pelayanan nya kurang baik. Pesan nya 3 steak, yang datang hanya 2 steak. Bukan masalah harga dan uang nya, tapi tetap saja mau makan ditempat/delivery sama aja dari segi order nya suka salah menu, timeing juga sangat laama, salah pesanan juga, kurang pesanannya juga.
Jangan hanya goodlooking aja untuk all crewnya, tapi masih salah untuk kerja nya.
Saran aja, untuk permeja di taro nomor meja agar waiters nya juga tidak bingung&salah utk orderan nya.

Est 2016-2021 when a pandemic like this is still crowded, how come there hasn't been a change for these 4 years? I myself have eaten at the place and ordered via shopeefood, still the service is not good. Ordered 3 steaks, which came only 2 steaks. It's not a question of price and money, but still wanting to eat at the place/delivery is the same in terms of ordering, it likes the wrong menu, the timing is also very long, the order is wrong too, the order is too low.
Don't just look good for all the crew, but it's still wrong for their work.
Just a suggestion, for the table, put the table number so that the waiters are not confused & wrong for the order.

Gather with families or friends even couples or simply just eating alone with great atmosphere even the place is just on the roadside.The price on the menu is suitable for middle and down range, not cheap but not expensive either, for the taste...it's all back to individual person.
Barely no space for car to park if too many motorcycle there...
