Bihun bisa opsional diganti dengan mie goreng.
Additional nya bisa ada lauk ayam goreng yang istimewa, telur dadar masakannya Karin, Putri Bu Sigit, yang handal menyiapkan masakan disini. Ada lagi telur bulat yang dimasak dalam sambal merah..eehhmmm..wenake polll. Kalau perlu beli rontokan telur sambal merah nih favorit saya. Tanyakan ke Bu Sigit, maksudnya rontokan telur bulat apa :D nanti beliau akan bantu menunjukkan menunya.
Sebetulnya disini tidak hanya ada Nasi Uduk, tetapi ada juga lontong sayur yang juga istimewa. Porsinya buanyaak dan rasanya joss poll. Lho kok tahu enak? Iya saya sudah cicip semua masakan yang ada disini sejak lama, yaitu sejak Bu Sigit masih di lokasi yang lama di Jl. Teluk Banten.
Menu tambahan yang juga istimewa adalah Tempe Goreng (bisa garing bisa dibikin mendoan, request saja sama Karin nanti dibikinin deh), Tahu Goreng Isi Tauge dan Sayuran, Bakwan Sayuran (Bala-bala) dan Bakwan Jagung. Khusus bakwan jagung harus buru-buru ya belinya biasanya hitungan jam habis ini, alias jenis bakwan terfavorit disini.
Nasi Uduk Bu Sigit buka sejak pagi mungkin jam 05:30 WIB sudah siap dan bisa melayani pelanggan nya, pengalaman saya, kalau pas hari kerja segeralah mampir sepagi mungkin kesini karena kalau sudah jam 06:00 sampai jam 07:30 WIB pembelinya dijamin ngantri! Betul ini karena biasanya Bapak Ibu yang hendak pergi ke Kantor beli sarapan disini, Kakak Kakak yang mau pergi kuliah juga beli, lalu satu lagi, Adik adik yang mau sekolah juga beli sarapan disini. Kebayang gak antri nya kayak apa? Seru ya :D
Lebih seru lagi kalau datang langsung dan cicip masakannya Bu Sigit bisa dibungkus atau makan di tempat.
Kalau makan di tempat jangan lupa minum teh nya ya, ini juga teh favorit yang wenak wangi nan sedap.
Harga makanan disini tentu saja sangat bersahabat dan ramah di kantong kita.
Untuk tempat parkir memang terbatas jadi kita harus menata sendiri dimana kita mau parkir motor atau mobil.
Pak Sigit sendiri ada dan senantiasa membantu Bu Sigit untuk menyiapkan sambel kacang. Oh ya, sambal kacang disini home made alias bikin sendiri, jadi kualitas dan rasanya terjaga selalu :)

Special uduk rice, plus tempeh orek, vermicelli, potato-fried chili sauce and fried onions.
Vermicelli can be optionally replaced with fried noodles.
In addition, there can be a special fried chicken side dish, an omelet cooked by Karin, Putri Bu Sigit, who is good at preparing dishes here. There is another round egg cooked in red chili sauce..eehhmmm..wenake polll. If you need to buy egg rolls with red chili, this is my favorite. Ask Mrs. Sigit, what do you mean by round egg drop :D later she will help show the menu.
Actually, there is not only Nasi Uduk here, but there is also a special vegetable rice cake. The portions are huge and the taste is joss poll. How do you know it's delicious? Yes, I have tasted all the dishes here for a long time, since Bu Sigit was still at the old location on Jl. Banten Bay.
Additional menus that are also special are Fried Tempe (can be crispy, you can make mendoan, just ask Karin to make it later), Fried Tofu with Beans and Vegetables, Vegetable Bakwan (Bala-bala) and Corn Bakwan. Especially for corn bakwan, you have to hurry, buy it, usually in a matter of hours, aka the most favorite type of bakwan here.
Mrs. Sigit's Nasi Uduk has been open since morning, maybe at 05:30 WIB, it is ready and can serve its customers, my experience is that on weekdays, come here as early as possible because when it is 06:00 to 07:30 WIB, buyers are guaranteed to queue! That's right, because usually mothers who want to go to the office buy breakfast here, brothers and sisters who want to go to college also buy it, then another one, brothers and sisters who want to go to school also buy breakfast here. Can you imagine what the queue is like? It's fun :D
It's even more exciting if you come directly and taste Mrs. Sigit's food, you can wrap it up or eat it on the spot.
If you eat at the place, don't forget to drink the tea, yes, this is also your favorite tea which has a delicious and fragrant aroma.
The price of food here is of course very friendly and friendly in our pockets.
Parking space is limited, so we have to arrange where we want to park our motorbike or car.
Pak Sigit himself is there and always helps Bu Sigit to prepare the peanut sauce. Oh yes, the peanut sauce here is home made, aka make it yourself, so the quality and taste is always maintained :)
