★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu nasi uduk Betawi terenak di Jakarta. Dijual oleh pedagang makanan bergerobak. Pembelinya hampir semua mengendarai mobil, bahkan tergolong mobil2 mewah. Ada bumbu nasi uduknya yang seperti rendang. Dilengkapi pula dengan kentang bacem, unik rasanya. Juga ada daging rendang atau semur. Rugi deh kalau tidak mencobanya. ?

Rasanya bener-bener konsisten dari jaman Foursquare masih ada sampe jaman tiktok merajalela.
Nasinya ok, ayamnya ya tuhan menyerap banget bumbunya, apalagi tambah bubuknya itu. Semir jengkolnya ngga berasa jengkol, dimasak sampe jengkolnya kenyal tapi ngga ngelawan. Semur tahunya itu juga meresap bumbunya.
Kalo di sini gw pasti bingung milih, ujung-ujungnya gw beli semua,hahahah
Ok, this is serious, the Nasi Uduk wagon is the best as far as I know.
It feels really consistent from the time Foursquare was still around until the tiktok era was rampant.
The rice is ok, the chicken, oh my god, really absorbs the spices, let alone add the powder. The jengkol polish doesn't taste like jengkol, it's cooked until the jengkol is chewy but doesn't resist. The tofu stew also absorbs the seasoning.
If I'm here, I'm definitely confused to choose, in the end I bought all of them, hahaha
