★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk. Sekitar jam 7 malam saya datang pesan untuk take away, saya tunggu lama saya perhatiin ke area karyawan dan saya pikir kok gak selesai juga. Setelah menunggu lama saya datengin karwayannya, saya tanya "pesanan saya sudah selesai atau belum?", tapi semua karyawan yg ada malah diem aja dan saya liat ke arah meja kasir ternyata sudah selesai dibungkus. Saya heran kenapa gak dipanggil di infokan kalau pesanan sudah selesai. Padahal tidak sedang repot saat itu karena tidak ada pembeli lain. Akhirnya tanpa ada bicara dari saya dan karyawan pesanan saya ambil sendiri dari mejanya dan pulang.

After waiting for a long time when I came to the employee, I asked "Is my order finished or not?", but all the employees who were there just stayed silent and I looked at the cashier's desk and it was already wrapped. I wonder why I wasn't called and notified when the order was finished. Even though it was not busy at that time because there were no other buyers. Finally without a word from me and the employee I took my order from the table myself and went home.
