★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jujur rasanya enak banget.. tapi sangat disayangkan, penjualnya sangat tidak ramah dan perilaku ke customernya 0 banget, padahal kondisinya beliau yang salah atas menu yang kami pesan yaitu "nasi goreng ati ampela" dan dibikinkannya "mi goreng ati ampela". Secara logika pun menu "mi goreng ati ampela" tidak ada pada daftar menu yang tersedia dan saya tidak mungkin memesannya, dan saya telah kurang lebih 3x mengucapkan menu tersebut dan kondisinya beliau sedang telfon, namun pada akhir pesanan diberikan saya memastikan kembali kebenarannya. Pihak yang bersangkutan pun bertanggung jawab menggantinya, akan tetapi perilaku atas mengatasi masalahnya sangat tidak terpuji dan tidak mengakui atas kesalahannya serta malah memutar balikkan fakta, terlebih lagi customer di marahi dan diomongi kepada sesama penjual nasi goreng tersebut (suaminya). Mohon maaf apabila ada kata yang kurang berkenan, namun kami mengungkapkan secara fakta atas ketidaknyamanan kami. Terima kasih.
honestly it tastes really good.. but it's a shame, the seller is very unfriendly and the behavior to the customer is really 0, even though his condition is in the wrong for the menu that we ordered, namely "fried rice ati ampela" and made "mi goreng ati ampela". Logically, the "mi goreng ati ampela" menu is not on the available menu list and I can't possibly order it, and I've said the menu more or less 3 times and his condition is on the phone, but at the end of the order, I made sure it was correct. The party concerned is also responsible for replacing it, but his behavior in overcoming the problem is very commendable and does not admit his mistake and even distorts the facts, moreover the customer is scolded and spoken to by the fellow fried rice seller (her husband). Sorry if there are words that are not pleasing, but we express the facts for our inconvenience. Thank you
