Wedang uwuh sangat enak karena air dimasak bersama bahan-bahan. Rasa nasi cumi kurang, terutama cuminya. Karena saya pernah mencoba cumi hitam di daerah pesisir (Pantura) yang sangat legit. Di sini mungkin kebanyakan air saat memasak, jadi kurang legit. Warna hitam bukan patokan legit/tidaknya masakan cumi hitam. Tapi ini selera saya yaa..

Wedang uwuh very good because the water is cooked along with ingredients. The taste of squid rice is lacking, especially the liquid. Because I've tried the black squid in the coastal regions (coast) very legit. Here may be a lot of water when cooking, so it's less legit. The black color is not a benchmark legit / absence of black squid dishes. But this is my taste ...
