Pertama kali mampir malem pas gemericik hujan ngerasain bebek bumbu hitam khas Madura hmm...enak sekali, akhirnya jadi langganan makan nasi bebek disini. Untuk bebeknya ada 2 pilihan : bebek lokal dan bebek hybrida (persilangan antara bebek lokal & peking). Saya sdh coba dua2nya enak, punya rasa dan tekstur tersendiri, ada ati ampela bebek dan rica²nya juga lho, oh iya disini juga ada Ayam Bakar bisa disiram bumbu hitam.
Bebek khas madura disajikan dgn bumbu hitam dan potongan ketimun + sambel ijonya hmm.... Rasanya ditenggorokan Langsung Nyaaaaman Tak'iyeh ???

Madurese Duck Rice "Aromi".
The first time I stopped by at night, when it was raining, I tasted Madura's signature black spiced duck, hmm...so delicious, I finally became a subscriber to eating duck rice here. For the duck, there are 2 choices: local duck and hybrid duck (a cross between local and Peking duck). I have tried both of them, they are delicious, have their own taste and texture, they have duck gizzard liver and rica² too, you know, oh yes, there is also grilled chicken that can be smothered in black seasoning.
Madurese special duck served with black spices and pieces of cucumber + green chili sauce hmm.... The taste is straight in the throat.
