★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nasi Bali komplit nya enak sangat. Ayam gorengnya empuk, Sambal matah nya pedesnya pas. Dilayani sm ibu owner nya langsung dgn sangat ramah. Tempat nya juga bersih. Bakal balik lagi buat nyobain menu lain.
The complete Balinese rice is very delicious. The fried chicken is tender, the sambal matah is spicy just right. Served by the owner's mother immediately very friendly. The place is also clean. Will come back again to try other menu.

In frame : nasi babi guling spesial (55k) take away.
Dan ternyata enak! Rempahnya wangi dan gurih, pedesnya juga udah disesuaiin jd masi enjoyable di lidah. Kulit babinya juga crispy ga keras, dagingnya juga empuk. Kuahnya okay. Porsinya pas ga terlalu banyak atau sedikit, proporsi nasi dan lauknya seimbang.
Fyi, selain nasi babi disini ada pilihan nasi ayam juga dan macem2 makanan khas bali lain.
Interiornya cozy buat yg mau makan di tempat. Lama persiapan makanannya ga terlalu cepet karena ownernya sendiri yg siapin.
First time trying this Nasi Bali Cempaka because I miss eating authentic Balinese rice.

The pork skin is also crispy not hard, the meat is also soft. The gravy is ok. The portion is just right, not too much or too little, the proportion of rice and side dishes is balanced.
Fyi, besides pork rice, there is also a choice of chicken rice and other Balinese specialties.
The interior is cozy for those who want to eat on the spot. The food preparation time is not too fast because the owner himself prepares it.
