1. Nci yang jaga kosan baik banget, gak rewel, gak banyak komentar julid, gak banyak peraturan2 aneh.
2. Ada yg jualan makanan di lantai bawah, tiap hari menu beda, jd gak perlu keluar2 kosan. Jual indomie penyelamat perut anak kosan juga.
3. Kamar (termasuk kamar mandi) suka diberesin.
Minus:
1. Aksesibilitas rendah kalo naik mobil krn harus lewat pasar dan gang kecil, kadang suka stress dan kesian sama abang taksionlen.
2. Bayaran tidak termasuk listrik, laundry, kamar termurah berukuran kuwecil sering kepentok, kamar yg gede kyk lapangan bola tp pricey.
Overall. Sangat merekomendasikan ngekos disini!
Plus:
1. Nci who keeps the boarding house is very good, not fussy, not much commentary julid, not many strange rules.
2. There are people selling food downstairs, every day a different menu, so you don't need to go out. Selling indomie saves the stomach of a boarding kid too.
3. Rooms (including bathrooms) like cleaning.
Minus:
1. Low accessibility when driving a car because you have to go through the market and a small alley, sometimes like stress and it's the same as brother taksionlen.
2. Pay does not include electricity, laundry, the cheapest rooms are often smaller sizes, the rooms are big like soccer field but pricey.
Overall. Highly recommend ngekos here!
