β β β β β Pelayanan baik CS maupun marketing nya sangat parah!!!
Awal saya ditawarkan membeli mesin edc dan sistem kasir Nadipos. Informasi marketing di awal bahwa pembayaran dengab fitur QR code gopay akan aktif H+1 sejak pengaktifan mesin EDC. Awal saat penawaran marketing sangat rajin wa saya.
Sudah hampir 2 minggu sejak digunakan dan hingga saat ini fitur gopay juga masih blm aktif.
Saya follow up ke marketing nya dijawab "Saya sudah menjalankan sesuai SOP dan itu kesalahan pihak Gopay". Itu kan internal perusahaan nadipos.. yang saya mau tau bukan siapa yg salah dan siapa yg tidak salah karena itu internal perusahaan kalian. Saya sbgai customer yg tidak bekerja di perusahaan Anda tidak bisa ikut campur soal siapa yg salah dan siapa yg tidak salah. Yg saya mau adalah solusi terkait masalah saya mengapa fitur gopay nya tidak aktif dan kapan bisa diaktifkan! Dan marketing nya lama sekali dalam menjawab keluhan saya. Telpon tidak pernah diangkat!
Saya komplain ke whatsapp support center nadipos saya diberikan nomor telpon yang tidak jelas nomor telpon siapa diminta agar follow up sendiri!
Saya kan bukan karyawan nadipos. Kenapa saya yang harus follow up sendiri terkait fitur gopay yg tidak aktif? Benar2 tidak profesional. Bukankah lebih cepat jika karyawan internal perusahaan yg melakukan follow up.
Mohon tindak lanjut terkait hal ini. Terima kasih
The service both CS and marketing is very bad!!!
Initially I was offered to buy an EDC machine and Nadipos cashier system. Early marketing information that payments using the GoPay QR code feature will be active H+1 since the activation of the EDC machine. At the beginning of the marketing offer, I was very diligent.
It has been almost 2 weeks since it was used and until now the GoPay feature is still not active.
I followed up to the marketing with the answer "I have implemented according to the SOP and it's Gopay's fault". That's internal to the Nadipos company.. what I want to know is not who is at fault and who is not wrong because it is internal to your company. I am a customer who does not work in your company and cannot interfere with who is wrong and who is not wrong. What I want is a solution related to my problem why the gopay feature is not active and when can it be activated! And the marketing took a long time to answer my complaints. Phone never picked up!
I complained to the nadipos whatsapp support center, I was given a phone number that wasn't clear whose phone number was asked to follow up myself!
I'm not a Nadipos employee. Why do I have to follow up myself regarding the inactive GoPay feature? Really unprofessional. Wouldn't it be faster if the company's internal employees followed up.

β β β β β Pos saya atas nama outlet Nasi Babi Bu Tong Pay, sudah 2.5 bulan belum ada kontak untuk instalasi, sales atas nama Arma sudah tidak ada kabar dan tiidak berani membalas semua pesan saya, support lumayan membantu tapi tetap saya yang harus aktif menanyai kabar instalasi POS saya, dan support bilang nanti di sampaikan dengan tim terkait. Saya sudah review di google atas nama Danny sebelumnya, dan 2 POS saya sudah terinstalasi tapi setelah saya hubungi semua nomor sales dan support nadi pos. Gopay juga saya yang follow sendiri ke pihak GOPAY karena pas instalasi gopay belum aktif ,padahal data2 sudah saya berikan kepada sales kalian yang tidak ada kabarnya, saya sudah bosan tiap hari Follow Up, dan mungkin pihak kalian juga sudah bosan dengan saya. Tolong kalian sedikit care dengan costumer, ini baru masalah instalasi belum sampai pada masalah after sales

β β β β β Saya pesan 3 unit POS Landy.
Yg 1 unit pertama sudah sekitar awal Oktober pesannya, sudah hampir 2 bulan tidak ada proses instalasi dari pihak Nadi POS. 2 unit sudah pesan sekitar 1 bulan dan juga tidak ada kabar.
Saya hubungi sales yg bersangkutan katanya nanti tim teknisi akan datang untuk membantu instalasi, tapi tidak kunjung datang. Kata sales dia sampai berdebat dengan leadernya karena proses instalasi saya yang tidak kunjung ada hasil.
Karena sudah lama nunggu, saya langsung hubungi nomor yang tertera di website nadi pos, pada bagian sales, tadi tidak kunjung ada tanggapan.
Kebetulan pada SIAL INTERFOOD di JI-Expo Kemayoran saya kunjungi booth nadi pos dan pihak Nadi bilang nanti akan di follow up
Saking sudah lama menunggu karena tidak ada kejelasan ,saya hubungi sales yang menangani masalah POS saya dan juga tidak kunjung ada balasan via WA.
Memang harga POS Landy murah, cuman kalo waktu yg diperlukan untuk instalasi selama ini, dan diberitahukan di awal perbincangan, mungkin saya akan pikir ulang. Tapi pada saat perbincangan katanya akan bisa di install setelah 1 Minggu, makanya saya setuju untuk pemasangan.
Entah karena emang harganya murah makanya sesuai prinsip ada harga ada barang, jadi servicenya boleh lama,wong harga murah ini. atau karena harga murah dan mereka kebanjiran orderan dan orderan saya keteteran. Siapa yang tau? #no offense saya hanya menjelaskan hal yang terjadi pada saya dan no response dari pihak Nadi pos
I ordered 3 POS Landy units.

Incidentally, at SIAL INTERFOOD at JI-Expo Kemayoran I visited the Nadi Pos booth and Nadi said they would be followed up later
