★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama kali treatment d sini dan hasilnya keceewaaa. Nunggunya lebih lama drpd treatmentnya. Uda tau kliennya banyak bgt,,tp alat cuma 1. Dtg dr jem stgh 11,,treatmentnya mulai jem stgh 2,,trs msh Di minta nunggu lg krn alatnya gantian. Hellooww,,kaga sabar kita,,akhirnya gue tinggalin aja deh. Balik stgh 4 dgn treatment yg blm kelar. Byeeee
This is the first time I've had treatment here and the results were disappointing. The wait is longer than the treatment. Already know that there are a lot of clients, but only 1 tool. Came from around 11pm, the treatment started at 2pm, but still asked to wait again because the equipment was replaced. Hellooww,, we can't wait,, finally I just leave it. Back after 4th with treatment that hasn't been finished yet. Byeee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah dua kali kesini jam 17.30 kurangg. Saya masuk ambil antrian dan sama sekali tidak ada orang di meja registrasi saya menunggu kurang lebih setengah jam. Saya tanya sama bapak tukang parkir di depan bilangnya sudah tutup padahal pas saya masuk jelas jelas tulisannya masih buka.
Karena tidak sabar menunggu saya naik ke lantai atas buat memanggil orang. Malah kata orang yang di atas tutup jam 5, aneh padahal di pintu tertera jam oprasionalnya. Saya diminta cek di maps jelas-jelas di maps jam 18.00
Jujurr pelayanannya mengecewakan sekaliiii saya sudah dua kali dan dua hari berturut-turut seperttii ini. Kecewa sekaliii
Kalau memang jam 5 sudah tutup tolong di kasih keterangan di maps ini, dan jam oprasional di pintu harap di ganti. Agar tidak ada pelanggan yang seperti saya lagi. Terimakasih.

Because I couldn't wait for me to go upstairs to call someone. In fact, the person upstairs said that it closes at 5, which is strange even though the door has the hours of operation written on it. I was asked to check on maps clearly on maps at 18.00
Honestly, the service is very disappointing, I've been twice and two days in a row like this. So disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter mengunakan kata BOPENG saat konsultasi mungkin tidak belajar komunikasi terapeutik ,KAKU dan terkesan buru2 saat konsultasi, bagian receptionist juga tidak ada yang senyum sama sekali saat pelayanan, Perlu banyak belajar dari youngerlook klinik dan derma express gading serpong . Nyesel kesini :(
Doctors using the word BOPENG during consultations may not learn therapeutic communication, Stiff and seem to be in a hurry during consultations, the receptionist also doesn't smile at all during service, Need to learn a lot from youngerlook clinic and Derma Express Gading Serpong. Sorry here :(

kalo emang jam buka jam 9.00 ya buka jam 9.00
pernah kesini pas weekend, dtg jam 11 di suruh dtg lagi jam 2
terapisnya dikit, tolong di banyakin dong biar ga nunggu terlalu lama,

Mending mending larissa beneran deh, i got complete treatment and WITHOUT JUDGEMENT !!
Disini, dateng2 langsung di judge muka berantakan, the staff has no hospitality at all. I felt humiliated and intimidated at the same time.
I cant come here anymore and no recomendation for anyone.
Please educate your staff about attitude ..
