Hanya ruang tunggu nya kecil,semoga kedepan nya bisa diperluas ya..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kecewa banget dengan pelayanan naavagreen di cabang tambun, saya 2x berturut dateng untuk perawatan facial close... hari pertama jam 1/2 3 dan keesokan jam 1 siang. br kali ini ke tempat perawatan close jm berapa aj diliat dr customer, dimana2 ad jadwal tersendiri ? yg td'y mau beralih perawatan ke naavagreen tdk jadi karena sperti itu... bikin org cape bulak balik
very disappointed with the naavagreen service at the tambun branch, i came twice in a row for facial close treatments ... the first day at 1/2 3 and the next at 1 pm. br this time to the place of treatment close how many times did the customer see, where are there separate schedules ? those who want to switch treatment to Naavagreen don't work because like that ... it makes people tired of turning back

Menurutku klinik naava sama aja kok diseluruh indonesia dan alhamdulillahnya aku cocok utk setiap treatment maupun creamnya, cuma baru kali ini cabang yg ditambun customer carenya via wa sedikit laterespon dan kejadiannya baru tadi sore, aku mau order namun csnya gangabarin kalau delivery couriernya libur, sedangkan aku udh wa utk bbrp item yg ingin aku order. Pastinya kan customer nungguin to, sempet kecewa servisnya ga segercep dan seramah yg daerah jawa langgananku. Saranku pelayanan ditambun bisa ditingkatkan lagi ya kak
Already 2.5 years ago I was a member of Naava subscription in Jogja and Magelang because it happened to be taken to college. I think the Naava clinic is the same all over Indonesia and thank God I am suitable for every treatment and cream, only this time the branch that the customer cared was added via wa a little later and the response was just this afternoon, I wanted to order but cs it was gangabarin when the delivery courier was off, whereas I already wa for some items that I want to order. Surely the customer is waiting for me, I am disappointed that the service is not as busy and friendly as the area of Java that I am subscribed to. My suggestion to add the service can be increased again sis

Harga terjangkau masuk di kantong, pelayanam ramah, kebetulan kmrn pas lg ada promo gincu nava, sy pake untuk ombre, ada wa nya jg, konsultasi jg enak tempat lebih sempit dr d purwokerto sama ga ada minum dingin. Ada pass wifi agak ngumpet tp ada dan lancar alhamdulillah. Treetment di sini jg mbanya baik ramah serta mau nurutin customernya untuk tidak memencet jerawat
