★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian regristasinya cenderung cuek, suaranya lembut sih tapi pas bicara sama customer agak gak sopan, Menurutku ya, soalnya pas bicara dgn cust tdk melihat ke arah ke customer..
Dan waktu memberikan sticker cream pagi dan siang hampir aja ketuker pas yg nempel mbaknya, trus dicek lagi sama mas"nya dan dibetulkan.
Tutur bahasanya lembut sudah bagus, cuman mimik mukanya kurang mendukung, spt tidak respect sama cust, saya bisa berpendapat spt ini karna saya sudah ke beberapa klinik skincare lainnya, jadi bisa merasakan perbedaannya. Duh kepanjangan..
Tapi tempat nyaman, wangi, sejuk, bersih dan luas. Saya harap SOP dan SOK nya bisa lebih dijalankan dg baik, agar customer lebih puas dan tetap setia. ?
Tp admin whatsapp nya ramah..

But the place is comfortable, fragrant, cool, clean and spacious. I hope the SOP and SOK can be carried out more well, so that customers are more satisfied and remain loyal. ?
But the whatsapp admin is friendly ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mbak terapis kasar banget, biasanya kalo facial ngga sampe terkelopek" kulit wajah tapi kemarin pas dapet mbak terapis yg kasar sampe 2hari mukakku masih perih karena pas bersihin komedo ga hati", harusnya belom dipencet malah sekalian dipencet... Yahhhh sakit semua lah mba perih polll??
