The worst experience ever with internet provider. installed it on 19 july, its been 3 weeks now and never once i had a stable connection. i cant even use it for video call for meetings. Connection always RTO after few minutes. called MYREPUBLIC for thousand times and each time they only ask to wait for 3x24 hours for their technician to handle it, but afterwards nothing happen. When i told them that there is no use to continue the subscription if this is the kind of connection i am getting, they still dare to tell me that i have to pay penalty if i want to terminate in advance. not even 1 month passed, i have been in very stressful period due to this extremely bad service from MYREPUBLIC INDONESIA.

Been using this service more than 3 months, at first it was good, the provider was not taking responsibility to fix the problem completely, the repairman had come two times, the problem was not fixed. the internet has not active for more than 2 weeks and i still have to pay full? If i unsubscribe this service they will fine me for 1 million rupiah, how cruel this IsP? ,, i won't recommend this ISP. For those fo want this ISP, better chose another, this was not reliable choice

Bad customer service. I didn't get any service for the past 3 month and already filed a complain a couple times. They didn't even bother to answer INSTEAD they charged me for the 3 months when I didn't get provided with internet

Horrible customer service. Used to provide decent internet service for the first few months we installed this, but for the last few months it's been nothing short of problematic. Keep having to call their customer service (Whatsapp service gets nothing done) and explain over and over with every new phone call. Whenever a technician comes over, the only thing they do is pull out and replug cables. When nothing gets fixed they video call their superiors asking for help. The past week is our last straw, 3 visits and nothing gets fixed. Total internet outage. Their staff kept shifting responsibilities on one another. Not professional at all.

Bad. Just bad. The Internet has been down with no internet access for 2 weeks or more. My family already paid last month in due time, so there should be no problem with the WiFi. But the WiFi has been down and when we call them, they didn't give any solution, only to tell us to wait and they told us to still pay for this month (even when for a whole month we haven't been using the Internet at all) and if we payed late, they will charge us more. I hate this costumer service and Internet provider ?

Wifi at home has been down for over a week. We called customer service, emailed, and dm’ed MyRepublic’s social media nearly every day. Even when they finally respond, the response we get are consistently automated, something along the lines of your complaint has been filed or your ticket is being processed. No news of a technician coming any time soon. Would like to terminate but it’s impossible to reach customer service ?
