setiap internet down disuruh klaim kompensasi (terakhir down 3 minggu) > kompensasi bisa dilakukan di pembayaran selanjutnya (bayar 1 tahun jadi baru bisa claim 1 tahun kedepan) > internet down lagi 2 minggu, pas ditanyain kompensasi buat pembayaran selajutnya ternyata tiketnya angus karena team mereka gabisa claim kompensasinya > disuruh ajuin kompensasi lagi? ? what a joke
every time the internet is down, they are asked to claim compensation (last down 3 weeks) > compensation can be made in the next payment (pay 1 year so you can only claim the next 1 year) > internet is down again for 2 weeks, when asked for compensation for the next payment, it turns out that the ticket is broken because their team can't claim compensation > told to apply for compensation again ? what a joke

Saya merasa ditipu. Saya mengambil program bayar 9 bulan gratis 3 bulan. Semua biaya dilunasi pada awal berlangganan. Pada bulan ke 10, saya diemail dan diteror untuk membayar 1 bulan lagi, saya tentu saja jadi bingung. Kenapa begitu jadinya? Karena diawal tidak ada dijelaskan oleh salesnya sama sekali dan di brosur tidak ada ditulis syarat ini sama sekali. Karyawan yang menelepon kasar sekali dalam menjelaskan, karena saya memang sangat tidak mengerti kenapa tiba2 ada tagihan lagi. Katanya nanti gratisnya diberikan dibulan ke 13, itu artinya kan jadi bayar 10 gratis 3 bukan bayar 9 gratis 3.
I feel cheated. I took the 9 month free 3 month pay plan. All fees are paid at the beginning of the subscription. On the 10th month, I was emailed and terrorized to pay for 1 more month, I was of course confused. Why is that so? Because at the beginning nothing was explained by the salesperson at all and in the brochure there was no written requirement at all. The employee who called was very rude in explaining, because I really didn't understand why there was suddenly another bill. He said that it will be free in the 13th month, that means you pay 10 for free 3 instead of paying 9 for free 3.

Kalo mau layanan internet lancar jangan pake MyRep deh. Tiap bulan ada aja 2-4 hari off internetnya, harus telpon CS & dijadwalin teknisi dateng besok. Besoknya teknisi gak dateng gak ada kabar apapun, telp CS lagi, dijadwalin besokannya lagi. Kompensasi juga gak sepadan & harus diminta berkali-kali. Itu yang ngasih bintang 5 tapi testinya β€œmau pasang” buzzer dibayar berapa ya ?
If you want smooth internet service, don't use MyRep. Every month there are 2-4 days off the internet, you have to call CS & the technician is scheduled to come tomorrow. The next day the technician didn't come, there was no news, called CS again, it was scheduled for the next day. Compensation is also not worth it & has to be asked many times. That's what gave 5 stars but the test "want to install" the buzzer how much was paid

Id give 0 if i can. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cuma fokus nyari pelanggan baru, pelanggan lama ga ada servicenya apalagi kalau ada masalah teknis. Sudah seminggu internet bermasalah, ga ada kabar. Nggak bisa ditelp juga, kecuali lewat jalur pelanggan baru. Penjadwalan teknisi selalu di reschedule tanpa komunikasi. Seenaknya aja pkkoknya. HIGHLY NOT NOT NOT RECOMMENDED
Id give 0 if i can. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just focus on finding new customers, old customers don't have any service, especially if there are technical problems. It's been a week of internet problems, no news. Can't be called either, except through the new customer line. Technician scheduling is always rescheduled without communication. It's just like pkkok. HIGHLY NOT NOT NOT RECOMMENDED

Quality of MyRepubluc Customer services us worst. Nobody hang up 3 numbers of CS Phone number. All feedback WA etc of CS are robotic.

Worst internet.. Worst Service .. I have never seen an internet provider that keep sending internet trouble in a daily basis Will never recommend for other. Awaiting for 1 year to cut this off..

DONT USE THIS ISP. Consistenly getting worse and worse. Paid for 100mbps used to get 80 mbps upload and download but has been getting to 8 mbps download and 1 mbps upload in recent months possibly one of the worst isps ive ever used.
