Dengan harga yang seperti itu sudah mendapatkan kualitas yang sama dengan harga brevet di banyak provider penyedia jasa sertifikasinya, dan kuantitas yang sepadan juga bahkan bisa belajar di rumah dn package nya sudah trsusun rapi. Saran saya ini bisa jadi alternatif yang baik di tengah musibah ini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya beli paket ABC harga 2.5++ dapat 2 usb. Usb yg 1 hilang di bandara, saya minta kebijakannya namun tdk ada, harus beli 1.3 (harga asli) utk ganti usb tsb dgn alsan tdk ada garansi. Malah disarankan lg beli ABC harga 1.4 sistem baru, artinya invest saya 2.5 itu dihanguskan saja. Kesannya hanya cari untung saja. Cara memperlakukan customer tdk berbasis empati termasuk cara CS nya berkomunikasi.
I bought the ABC package for 2.5++ and got 2 usb. The 1st usb was lost at the airport, I asked for the policy but it wasn't there, I had to buy 1.3 (original price) to replace the usb with the excuse that there was no guarantee. In fact, it is recommended that I buy ABC for a new 1.4 system price, meaning that my 2.5 investment will be forfeited. The impression is just looking for profit. The way to treat customers is not based on empathy, including the way the CS communicates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pihak admin amat sangat tidak responsif. Sebelum mendaftar memang sangat cepat dalam menjawab pertanyaan, namun saat sudah ikut paket kelas pelayanan menurun. Chat jarang ditanggapi, saya tidak diberi jadwal seminar yg dijanjikan. Mohon tingkatkan pelayanan kalian.
The admin is very, very unresponsive. Before registering, he was very fast in answering questions, but when he joined the service class package it decreased. Chat is rarely responded to, I was not given the promised seminar schedule. Please improve your service.
