★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penipuan, saya ingin mengajukan refund dan sudah dapat ticket refund tp pas tgl refund tidak ada transfer atau email masuk, saya hubungi via chat whatsapp dan telepon tapi tidak direspon sama sekali, kalau memang ingin menipu dari uang costumer bukan begitu cara nya
 Fraud, I want to apply for a refund and have received a ticket refund but on the refund date there was no transfer or email entered, I contacted via whatsapp chat and telephone but there was no response at all, if you really want to cheat from the customer's money, that's not the way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mengecewakan, saya minta refund dari open trip agustus 2020 tidak bisa dan diharuskan untuk upgrade ke safecation yang harganya lebih mahal dengan syarat tidak dapat mengubah destinasi dan jumlah orang. saya hanya ingin full refund mengingat kondisi saat ini belum bisa bepergian. Padahal saya sudah pakai jasa ini sebelumnya dan ini yang ketiga kalinya kenapa uang saya tidak bisa dikembalikan tolong mpw jgn hanya dijawab pakai template
disappointing, I asked for a refund from the august 2020 open trip and couldn't and was required to upgrade to a safecation which was more expensive on the condition that I couldn't change the destination and number of people. I just want a full refund considering the current condition I can't travel. Even though I've used this service before and this is the third time why can't my money be returned, please don't just answer using a template

1 week trip with my gem, bali-LBJ. It's true that travel is cheap, but the facilities you get are not cheap. From the very good guide to the small things, they also pay attention to it. Thxu my gems! See u on the next trip! Haha
