★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu setiap diambil baju kotornya ditimbang trs di WA in bukti timbangan sama bonnya..skrg ditanya napa gak di goto bukti timbangan alasannya lupa..skrg mengecewakan pelayananny jg lama..baju bisa 3-4 hri kelar. Dulu 1-2 hri uda kelar..gosoknya jg asal2an.mau konplrn ke nomor yg sediakan malah gak aktif..semoga ownernya bisa baca biar bisa tingkatkan pelayanannya

It used to take 1-2 days to finish.. the rubbing is also random. I want to contact the number provided but it's not active.. I hope the owner can read it so I can improve the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari 2020 sampai sekarang saya langganan disini. Sekarang beda banget sama dulu. Dulu mah pas ambil laundry, udah ready sesuai tanggal. Sekarang tiap dateng ambil laundry sesuai tanggal malah belum di packing terus. Pernah saya coba tes datang lewat 3 hari dari tanggal pengambilan, dan hasilnya tetap sama, laundryan saya belum di packing. Alasannya pasti "lagi ramai" laundryan. Pokoknya kecewa, kualitas pelayanannya menurun.
From 2020 until now I have subscribed here. Now it's very different from before. In the past, when I took the laundry, it was ready according to the date. Now every time I come to take the laundry according to the date, it hasn't even been packed yet. Once I tried the test came after 3 days from the pick-up date, and the results were still the same, my laundry had not been packaged. The reason must be "too busy" laundry. Anyway, disappointed, the quality of service has decreased.

Ga bener bener dicuci sama laundryan nya, aku terakhir cuci tas, sengaja aku tinggalin sedikit kotoran kayak benang gitu di dalemnya, pas saya terima benang tersebut masih ada. jadi cukup membuktikan kalau dicucinya cuma asal-asalan saja. semoga yang punya baca dan bisa usaha merubah kualitas laundry annya.

It wasn't really washed with the laundry, the last time I washed the bag, I accidentally left a little dirt like thread in it, when I received the thread it was still there. so it's enough to prove that the washing is just carelessly. Hopefully those who have read and can try to change the quality of their laundry.

FIRST X PK LAUNDRY SERVICES HERE ARE REALLY AWESOME!!!! Since I live in the palm area, I finally did the laundry at Dimy Home. Back and forth, my laundry is not done yet, it's been 5 days, I was promised tar, tar, pretends to be mulu!! There is no cashier, sorry again
