2 hr berturut turut tanpa internet yang stabil.
Download cm 2mbps upload only 1mbps not stable too.

Udah bayar inet kayak ga bayar
Di chat ga responsiv cuma di read aja, cs nya sampah juga
Udah hampir 2 minggu kayak begini
Sumpah terganggu banget aktivitas
Junk internet 5 minutes once the connection is lost
Already paid internet like you didn't pay
The chat is not responsive, just read it, the cs is trash too
It's been almost 2 weeks like this
I swear it's very disrupted activities

Jawaban cs tiap problem: coba cabut colok kabel lan, mohon maaf kabel putus, cable lemah, mesti ada pergantian perangkat
Estimasi perbaikan selalu berubah, teknisi yang dikirim bukan yang fasih dan mesti dipandu/ diarahkan oleh teknisi asli via telpon, penanganan dan problem solving ampas udah 1 minggu problem belum kelar
[10:20 pm, 13/12/2021] CS Individual MVNet: saat ini tim kami sudah melakukan pergantian perangkat di sisi router distribusi atau pusat , dan sedang dimaksimalkan untuk kestabilan jaringannya , kami upayakan untuk malam ini atau esok hari sudah kembali normal , kami mohon maaf atas kendala yang terjadi?

cs answers for each problem: try to unplug the lan cable, sorry the cable is broken, the cable is weak, there must be a device change
Repair estimates are always changing, the technician sent is not fluent and must be guided/directed by the original technician via telephone, handling and problem solving, it's been 1 week the problem has not been resolved

Soalnya saya mau pindah rumah, dan PROMOTORNYA bilang BISA di PINDAH, saya sudah bilang jauh jauh hari, padahal saya sudah bayar, tetapi sudah 1 bulan belom ada kejelasan kapan bisa pindah nya, PROMOTOR NYA di telfon GA DI ANGKAT, DI WA ga di respon, saya di area Bogor , saya selalu bayar tepat waktu , satu bulan ini saya sudah bayar, tetapi tidak menggunakannya
I am very DISAPPOINTED,,When I installed it, I said can I move or not? The problem is I want to move house, and the PROMOTOR says CAN BE MOVED, I told you a long time ago, even though I already paid, but it's been 1 month and there's no clarity on when I can move, THE PROMOTOR on the phone is NOT PICKED up, WA doesn't respond , I'm in the Bogor area , I always pay on time , I've paid for this one month, but don't use it
