The housing is great... Close to the market and the culinary here is cheap, you can spend a few while gathering with family. Cool location with lots of trees.

Saya kira ini Investasi bagus, karena dekat dengan PIK2 dan Bandara Soeta. Apalagi kalau Tol PIK2 sudah dibangun dan ditambah Tol Kamal - Teluk Naga - Rajeg, pasti harga properti disini semakin meroket... Untuk pihak developer dan investor properti tidak perlu ragu lah untuk invest properti disini, pasti cuan punya..
The location is strategic and quite busy, wanting to find food, shopping at the market, or going to a mini market is easy, and near tourist attractions.. I think this is a good investment, because it is close to PIK2 and Soeta Airport. Moreover, if the PIK2 Toll Road has been built and the Kamal - Teluk Naga - Rajeg Toll Road is added, surely property prices here will skyrocket...
