+62 813-7581-9045: *Namaku Dr Wang*... *Hari ini saya mau bagikan tentang satu penyakit yg banyak diderita orang tua.* *Penyakit* itu terlihat sepele tapi bisa *membahayakan*. Awalnya hanyalah perubahan *nafsu makan* jadi kurang berselera makan. Lalu *gerak badan*... *jalan kaki* jadi *melemah*. Badan rasanya jadi *kurang bersemangat* dan *kurang berstamina*. Hal inilah *awal permulaan* dari *penyakit* kebanyakan orang tua yaitu *penyusutan* dan *pelemahan otot*. Seperti yg kita tahu... penyebab utama kematian banyak orang tua di usia 65 tahun... bukanlah penyakit yg aneh. Tapi penyebab utama kematian orang tua... dimulai dengan *terpeleset dan jatuh*. Entah di kamar..., di toilet..... Hal ini berkaitan erat dengan *pelemahan otot* yg dialami orang tua... sehingga *rawan jatuh*. Oleh karena itu secara pelan pelan kita tanpa sadar... *mengalami penurunan fisik*. Yg kita anggap *sepele* tapi hal itu membawa perubahan signifikan pada tubuh 10 tahun mendatang. Contoh sederhana... *kita mulai sedikit makan...* kita mulai jalan tidak lincah Jalan yg tadinya gesit ... jadi pelan. Ini adalah *awal tanda pelemahan otot*. Ingat baik ya... Umur 50 kita sudah mulai mengalami pelemahan otot 1-2%. *Di umur 60... setidaknya 30% kita kehilangan otot badan*. Dan diumur 80 tahun ... otot kita hanya tinggal 50 % dari total otot kita saat muda. *Ini hanya bisa dicegah dengan dua hal utama*. Kuncinya adalah... *makan dan olahraga* (aktivitas fisik) Dua hal ini *harus tetap kalian lakukan sebisa mungkin seberapapun tua umur kalian*. *Tetaplah makan yg cukup..*. walaupun gigi sudah tidak sekuat dulu... dan nafsu makan juga sudah tak banyak... *tetap makan*. *Usahakan tidak hanya makan sayuran...* Setidaknya *telor dan daging* harus rutin kalian makan . *Karena itu pembentuk otot*. Dan juga usahakan tiap hari terus *berolahraga*. Apapun jenis olahraganya, seringan apapun bukan masalah olahraganya. Entah mau jogging... sepedaan... atau sekedar jalan santai. Usahakan terus ada *aktivitas olahraga*. Dan jangan lupa *berjemur sinar matahari + suplemen vitamin D yg cukup*. *Orang tua* sangat perlu *vitamin D untuk mencegah keropos tulang dan pelemahan otot*. Jangan andalkan matahari saja. Beli suplemen vitamin D. Karena kulit orang tua 80 sudah susah menyerap vitamin D dari matahari. Terakhir yg penting adalah... *usahakan para orang tua ada kegiatan ketemu dengan orang tua lain di luar rumah*. Jangan seharian di rumah aja. Sekalipun kamu tidak punya banyak teman... anak anak pada repot semua...
