1. Pelayanan / untuk menjaga (kepala kamar) harusnya berkomunikasi kepada pihak keluarganya bukan berdiam diri. kalo ada miridnya sakit, dan untungnya di sana ada keluarga kami, dan anak kami harus jalan sendiri untuk jalan sejauh 3kg dari lokasi, anak kami ber umur 9th, apa di situ di bebaskan untuk keluar bermain&jalan" keluar???
2. Kami sudah membeli kasur dan selimut untuk anak kami dan setelah 3bln kami baru dengar ternyata anak kami tdr di luar di depan pintu.
3. Saya sangat kecewaa terhadap pesantren damar jati, saya harap kepadaa keluarga" yg mau menitipkan tanyakan lebih ditel sebelum terjadi semuanya. Karna saya SANGAT SANGAT DI RUGIKAN. Kami di sini banting tulang untuk anak kami, tapii anak kami di biarkan saja, tidak ada tindakan untuk di obati dan tidak ada konfirmasi kalo ada masalah dengan anak kami di pesantren ini.
Our family is very disappointed with all of your service,
1. Services / for guarding (the head of the room) should communicate with his family and not be silent. if there is miridnya sick, and fortunately there is our family, and our child has to walk alone to walk 3kg from the location, our child is 9 years old, is there free to go out to play & walk "out ???
2. We bought a mattress and blanket for our child and after 3 months we just heard that our son was outside in front of the door.
3. I am very disappointed with the damar teak pesantren, I hope to the families "who want to leave more questions before everything happens. Because I am VERY VERY DISGUSTED. We are working hard here for our children, but leave our children alone, no one is there. action to be treated and there is no confirmation if there is a problem with our child in this pesantren.
