★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang. Masa uang harus pas, kalau ga pas disuruh cari kembalian sendiri di luar. Kalau cashless seharusnya diumumkan di socmed / saat masuk ke klinik. Sedangkan ini sama sekali gak ada informasi. Sepertinya emang ga cashless sih, emang males nyari kembalian aja dan akhirnya nyuruh customer untuk nyari uang pas sendiri. Sangat payah.
Service is lacking. The time for the money has to be right, if it doesn't fit, you are told to look for change yourself outside. If cashless should be announced on social media / when entering the clinic. At this point there is absolutely no information. It doesn't seem like it's cashless, I'm just lazy to look for change and finally tell the customer to find the right money on their own. Very bad.
