HANYA DIJANJIKAN SAJA UNTUK SERVICE KE RMH TAPI TIDAK DATANG2 SAMPAI SEBULAN LEBIH. BILANGNYA TINGGAL TELFON SEHARI SEBELUMNYA, TAPI TETAP TIDAK DATANG. SAMPAI AKHIRNYA KITA YG BAWA SEPEDAHNYA KE MANGGADUA UNTUK SERVICE, SELESAI SERVICE TUH SEPEDAH MASIH RUSAK!!! SAYA TLF LAGI UNTUK SERVICE DATANG KE RMH, PAS SAYA TLF, LANGSUNG DI KASIH NGOMONG SAMA TEKNISINYA, JAWABAN TEKNISINYA MUNGKIN BAUTNYA, ATAU TINGGAL KENCENGIN AJA SENDIRI, MALAH KITA YG DISURUH BENERIN SENDIRI. Mba is not really friendly .. when I go to the outlet it is not served .. I thought I wanted to ask for a time ... the service made people lazy to buy. . Poor good products have employees? check the employees how about the service to the employee ... smile or be friendly ... not really

I want to buy the battery, and have ordered it 3/4 months ago, but it doesn't exist now. Jackie again, the spartpark can't be replaced ?

Replace the battery almost for a used motorbike ... Not worth it ... They say the battery is rare ... Can't be repaired ... It only takes 2 years to break ... Even though it's always taken care of

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Jackie scooter breakes everytime they "service" it. I highly recommend not buying one. I agree with all the other 1 star reviews. Dont get me wrong, their products are impressive, but not after long. Please dont waste your money. There are so much other brands. They keep saying they’ll come to my house to fix it, but they NEVER do.
