★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serasa tinggal di luar negri. Gak antre, pelayanan ramah, cepat, bayarnya gampang, tinggal ambil deh paspor baru di tempat yang sudah di jelaskan 7 hari setelah pembayaran.
 Feels like living abroad. No queues, friendly, fast service, easy payment, just take a new passport at the place that has been explained 7 days after payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah 2 minggu mencoba daftar online selalu gagal.. sekalinya bisa endingnya koneksi gagal terus. Jadi bingung mau urus paspor kalo gini. Dateng langsung gak bisa hrs daftar online. Jadi harus gimana lagi yaa ??
It's been 2 weeks trying to register online and it always fails. So confused about how to apply for a passport like this. Came directly, can't register online. So what else should I do??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat praktis, cepat dan petugas ramah. Tempat nyaman dan antrian jelas. Proses pembayaran biaya² jg mudah dan ada opsi tunai / Qris di kantor pos atau secara daring.
Dua jempol untuk Pemkot Tangerang Selatan menyediakan lokasi prima untuk berbagai pelayanan publik.
The service is very practical, fast and the staff is friendly. The place is comfortable and the queue is clear. The payment process for fees is also easy and there is a cash/Qris option at the post office or online.
Two thumbs up for the South Tangerang City Government for providing a prime location for various public services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dpmptsp dan mpp sama kan ya. Kualitas pun sama sama buruk. Perijinan lama. Di aplikasi mereka target 3-4 hari kerja selesai. Demi target Mereka segeralah tuh update aplikasi bahwa ijin selesai. Tapi ternyata saat telp ke cs bisa 14 hari kerja. Next nya mohon lebih baik di aplikasi jangan di info selesai kalau ternyata kenyataan baru mau proses cetak. Pemrosesan itu bukan bagian dari kata selesai. Mengejar target 3-4 hari di aplikasi selesai padahal kenyataan ga kelar2. Di tanya resi juga di puter2 bagian arsip, sosbud dll ujung2 nya ga jelas itu ada di mana, di ambil langsung ga bisa, nanya resi pos pun ga dapet2 ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat takjub dengan kantor pemerintahan satu ini. Gedung bersih, terang, alur mudah, pelayanan ramah dan sigap menunjukkan reformasi birokrasi yang sesungguhnya.
Datang ke MPP Tangsel untuk penggantian paspor pukul 07.45 WIB dan petugas imigrasi an. Mbak Aderiza sudah stand by dan sangat ramah melayani pelanggan yg membutuhkan informasi walaupun jam operasional belum mulai. Selain itu, pelayanan keimigrasian pun sangat efektif dan efisien dari segi waktu dan Mbak Aderiza sangat cekatan dan informatif.
Very amazed with this one government office. A clean, bright building, easy flow, friendly and prompt service shows real bureaucratic reform.
Come to MPP Tangsel for passport replacement at 07.45 WIB and immigration officers. Mbak Adriza is already standing by and is very friendly at serving customers who need information even though operating hours have not yet started. In addition, the immigration service is very effective and efficient in terms of time and Mbak Adriza is very agile and informative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama kali dateng ke pelayanan publik milik pemerintah dan kondisi bangunan dan interior nya sebersih dan senyaman itu. interiornya juga kekinian bgt.
Dateng kesana untuk perpanjang E-Paspor dan dilayani dengan cepat, tanpa antrian karena udh daftar online dan ramah banget (terimakasih mba Aderiza Ayu). Untuk bayarnya pun ada loket Pos Indonesia jadi bisa langsung bayar disana. Tapi pas udah jadi, harus ambil E Paspornya ke WTC Matahari.
Recommended bgt deh ke MPP ini, Imigrasi2 di Jakarta jauh kalah kebersihannya dan pelayanannya.
Semoga imigrasi2 di tempat lain bisa secantik dan sebagus ini pelayanannya kelak. Terimakasih
This is the first time I have come to a government-owned public service and the condition of the building and interior is as clean and comfortable as that. The interior is also very modern.
Came there to renew the E-Passport and was served quickly, without queuing because I had registered online and was very friendly (thank you, Ms. Aderiza Ayu). To pay, there is also a Pos Indonesia counter so you can pay directly there. But when it's finished, you have to take the E Passport to WTC Matahari.
Really recommended to this MPP, Immigration2 in Jakarta is far less clean and serviceable.
Hopefully immigrations in other places can be as beautiful and good as this in the future. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perpanjang dan buat baru passport untuk 2 anak dibawah umur dengan KTP orang tua alamat Bandung (bawa surat domisili tangsel) kedua orang tua harus hadir, bawa dan lengkapi dokumen asli dan copy persyaratan lain. 4 hari kerja passport sudah bisa diambil.
Pelayanan petugas imigrasi sangat baik, ramah dan cepat. Daftar antrian melalui apps Layanan Passport Online. Baiknya ambil jam yang pagi parkir lebih mudah, antrian didalam lebih sepi.

Extend and make new passports for 2 minors with parents' ID cards from Bandung address (bring South Tangerang domicile letter) both parents must be present, bring and complete original documents and copies of other requirements. 4 working days passport can be taken.
Immigration officer service is very good, friendly and fast. Queue list through the Online Passport Service apps. It's better to take an hour in the morning, parking is easier, the queue inside is quieter.
