★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melakakukan pembayaran pajak kendaraan tahunan. Setelah mendaftar online terlebih dahulu untuk mendapatkan jadwal. Lalu datang kesini menukarkan barcode yg didapat dari pendaftaran online sebelumnya untuk mendapatkan nomer antrian loket. Setelah itu, ke samsat difoto 1 yg bertanda merah 1 untuk melakukan registrasi berkas yang dibutuhkan dan pencocokan data. Setelah data cocok, akan mendapatkan form seperti difoto kedua. Foto kedua setelah diisi, diserahkan ke samsat difoto 1 yg bertanda merah 2 untuk melakukan pembayaran pajak berupa uang cash. Setelah itu, pajak kendaraan langsung jadi setelah pembayaran. Pembayaran bisa juga dilakukan melalui indomart, alfamart, tokopedia dan media pembayaran online lainnya. Jika melakukan pembayaran secara online/via atm. Bawa bukti transfer pembayaran dan tetap datang melakukan registrasi data.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat nya nyaman, sejuk, informasi yang disediakan juga cukup informatif. Ada banyak jenis layanan yang tersedia di MPP ini. Untuk lengkap nya bisa kunjungi website resmi nya.
Fasilitas lengkap, ada arena bermain anak, pojok baca. Petugas nya juga responsif.

Memperpanjang Sim A dan C. Sempet bingung karena no antrian online lewat website tidak bisa akses. Akhirnya langsung kesana aja dan lancar jaya. Diarahkan oleh petugas dengan baik dan memuaskan. Proses keseluruhan sekitar 20menitan. Disarankan sebelum kesana ngopi dan sarapan. Karena tidak semua petugas mukanya ramah.

Extended Sim A and C. Was confused because the online queue number via the website could not be accessed. In the end, I just got there and it went smoothly. Directed by officers well and satisfactorily. The whole process takes about 20 minutes. It is recommended before going there for coffee and breakfast. Because not all staff are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat ramah, petugas sangat membantu. Mungkin karena sedang ada pembatasan covid dan pelayanan terjadwal jadi tempatnya terbilang sangat sepi. Tapi positifnya pelayanannya jadi sangat cepat karena tanpa antrian.
Minusnya, saya salah mall karena ada 2 mall yang namanya BTC. Saya tidak melihat penanda di jalan. Tulisan MPPnya adanya di gedung mall.
Minus lainnya, letak loket banknya sedikit terpisah, jadi harus bolak-balik untuk urus perpanjang SIM, ngga sekali jalan / 1 rute.

Untuk proses perpanjangannya (kurang lebih 15menit):
1. Pemeriksaan masker & suhu di pintu masuk MPP, udah pake teknologi canggih, cuma liat ke layar (kamera) aja.
2. Cetak kode booking di boot (kanan) setelah pintu masuk, ada petugas yg cetakin.
3. Ke loket kesehatan di pojok kanan MPP, test mata, bayar 35rb
4. Ke loket bank BRI, depan loket kesehatan, bayar 75rb
5. Ke loket perpanjangan SIM / asuransi, samping loket kesehatan, bayar 30rb, isi berkas yang dikasih
6. Balikin berkasnya ke loket sampingnya lagi, tunggu dipanggil (sebentar)
7. Pas dipanggil, dateng ke loket sebelahnya untuk foto, ttd & scan sidik jari, trus nunggu lagi (sebentar)
8. Dipanggil diloket yang sama untuk ambil SIMnya
9. Selesai
Very friendly service, very helpful staff. Maybe because there are Covid restrictions and scheduled services, the place is fairly quiet. But the positive thing is that the service is very fast because there are no queues.
Minus, I got the wrong mall because there are 2 malls whose names are BTC. I don't see a marker on the road. The MPP writing is in the mall building.
Another minus, the location of the bank counter is slightly separated, so you have to go back and forth to take care of renewing your SIM, not one way / 1 route.

For the extension process (approximately 15 minutes):
1. Checking masks & temperature at the entrance of MPP, already using advanced technology, just looking at the screen (camera).
2. Print the booking code on the boot (right) after the entrance, there is an officer who prints it.
3. Go to the health counter in the right corner of MPP, take an eye test, pay 35 thousand
4. Go to the BRI bank counter, in front of the health counter, pay 75 thousand
5. Go to the SIM/insurance renewal counter, next to the health counter, pay 30 thousand, fill in the file provided
6. Return the file to the counter next to it, wait for it to be called (for a moment)
7. When called, come to the counter next to it to take photos, sign & scan fingerprints, then wait again (for a while)
8. Called at the same counter to pick up the SIM
9. Done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you banget untuk kemudahannya dalam perpanjangan SIM. Daripada SIM Keliling mending ke sini deh. Tertib, adem, nyaman, dan pelayanannya juga oke banget. Buat yg masa SIMnya terakhir di hari itu juga bisa langsung masuk tanpa harus daftar online dulu.
