skillful in the consultations and surgeries she conducted. She is always delivers a friendly, personal and professional service.
MP clinic is a very efficient with convenient operating hours and they manage the appointments very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad experience. My dental crown broke just 6 months after installation. When i asked the doctor why it happened and what went wrong she simply answered “just like electronics, fake tooth can be broken easily”. Well fyi doc, my iphone lasts at least 3 years after purchase. They do not have guarantee on your dental crown. So do not ever have your dental crown installed here.
The service is also very poor. Very very bad experience with inexperienced staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for the reliable dentist in Jakarta (or nearby), this is where you need to pay a visit and get some consult. I have been taken care by Dr. Reti for more than 10 years and no issues at all. All experience was great, especially when I needed to extract my wisdom tooth which was in 90 degree angle and required a surgery. The doctors (Dr. Monica and Reti) took the job without any hesitation which was even refused due to the risk by the well known dentist in my country whom I expected better level of skills - and it was NOT at all. Highly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice experience at MP Clinic Ayana Midplaza. Doctor Reti has done a great job for my teeth on each tooth 35, 45 and 46...I had a new crown as well for tooth 45. All the staffs are nice and friendly and the place is cozy. Now I know where to go when I need the best dentist...just go to MP Clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but the most important is they have very good dentist and well trained crews.
I have been treated in this clinic since 5 years ago and I also have tried another clinic. However, I have to be honest that this clinic is the best, because they can resolve my dental case, which considerably complicated. Drg.Reti as my dentist and team could resolve my dental case with very good result and I have never felt pain because it was treated nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a teeth cleaning and whitening done. Booking was easy and straightforward. I called to schedule an appointment (Available Mon- Sat business hours). They called with a reminder the day before.
The staff are professional and the equipment /office is clean and modern. The staff knows English (which was helpful since my Bahasa is not great).
The initial consultation was thorough and detailed. They offered to X-ray, but having gotten dental work done recently I declined. They didn’t push, which I appreciated.
Prices are comparable and more than fair for the level of service. There was a promo for the teeth whitening, the price was less than what I had seen online and other dental offices. The in home treatment was effective, more so than what I had expected.
They also were accommodating, the first appointment I was fairly late but they had no issues.
Overall, very satisfied and will definitely return for other services and would recommend.
