★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama kali nyobain disalon moz5 bekasi,hasil nya bagus,pijitan nya juga enak banget,badanku yg pegel" langsung lebih enakan,karyawan nya juga pda ramah" dan sopan?yang belum pernah nyobain kesini ,wajib banget siii buat kesini?thanks
 It's the first time I've tried it at Moz5 Bekasi, the results are good, the massage is also really good, my body aches "it immediately feels better, the employees are also friendly" and polite ? Those who have never tried it here, it's really a must to come here ? thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Harganya mahal tapi ga worth it sama sekali!
2. Kalian nyediain banyak tipe perawatan tapi tempatnya aduuuuhhhhh:
-bising
-kecil banget
-ada bathub buat orang body spa tp digabung sama toilet umum yg cuma satu astaga
3. Hair spa;
-airnya ampe masuk2 kuping
-pilih honey lemon tapi sama sekali demi Allah ga ada wangi2nya, yg ada bau obat ga enak
4. Back spa;
-mijitnya sakit
-maskernya bau
5. Foot spa;
-ngescrub apa ngelus2??? Cuma 2x usapan selesai
Heran kenapa ratingnya bagus padahal bikin kapok banget ke sini ya ampun
1. The price is expensive but not worth it at all!
2. You guys provide many types of treatments but the place is awsome:
-noisy
-very small
-there is a bathtub for body spa people but it is combined with a public toilet which is only one gosh
3. Hair spa;
- the water is getting into the ears
-choose honey lemon but for God's sake it doesn't smell good, the one with medicine smells not good
4. Back spa;
- the massage hurts
- the mask stinks
5. Foot spa;
- scrubbing or rubbing??? Only 2 swipes are done
I wonder why the rating is good even though it makes me really tired of coming here, my goodness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali coba di moz5 summarecon nih. Treatment hair spa. Keramasnya cuma 1x, blm terlalu bersih menurutku. Apalagi rambutku tebal, blm bener2 sampe kulit kepala basahin rambutnya, tapi aku kasih tau mba nya, tapi tetep aja...
Biasanya di salon2 muslimah lain, klo treatment rambut pasti dicucinya 2x jd kulit kepalanya bener2 bersih.
Trus proses hair spa nya cepettt bgt, pijatan kepalanya buru2, ga enak. Pijat punggung dan lengan pun kayak orang dikejar, buru2 bgt mbaa. Ga nyaman jadinya, ga relax akunya ☹ . Trus stelah pijat, lengan biasanya dibersihkan/di lap pakai handuk basah yg tiap bagian tuh dibersihkan dlu handuk basahnya, lalu lap bagian lain. Ini tuh yaa.. 1 handuk, 1x basahin utk mengelap semua badan yg dipijat (lengan kiri kanan, punggung, dada). Dan itu jd bau apek ya badanku.
Entah emang aku yg ga beruntung dpt mba yg kurang kompeten, atau kah semua terapisnya emang punya standar yg sama spt itu. Entahlah...
Pdhal moz5 udh bagus brandingnya. Sayang aja gtu trnyata pelayanannya ga sebanding dgn brand besarnya salon muslimah moz.
First time trying it on Moz5 Summarecon. Hair spa treatments. The shampoo is only 1x, not too clean in my opinion. Moreover, my hair is thick, I haven't really wet my scalp until my hair, but I told her, but still...
Usually in other Muslim women's salons, if the hair treatment is done, it must be washed twice so that the scalp is really clean.
Then the hair spa process was really fast, the head massage was rushed, not good. Massage your back and arms like someone being chased, in a hurry, madam. It's not comfortable, it's not relaxing, it's said . Then after the massage, the arms are usually cleaned/wiped with a wet towel, each part being cleaned with a wet towel, then wiping the other parts. This is it, 1 towel, 1x wet to wipe all the body being massaged (left right arm, back, chest). And that's a musty smell to my body.
I don't know if I'm the unlucky one to get an incompetent mba, or if all the therapists have the same standards as that. Who knows...
Even though Moz5 has good branding. It's a shame that it turns out that the service is not comparable to the big brand of Moz Muslimah salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menyenangkan perawatan di moz5 summarecon..pelayanan nya ramah, tempatnya bersih nyaman…prokes ketat ga buka masker dan ukur suhu jg cuci tangan, customer jg ga boleh buka masker, insyaa allah aman dan sehat2
Fun treatment at Moz5 Summarecon...the service is friendly, the place is clean and comfortable...the procedure is strict, don't open the mask and measure the temperature and wash your hands, the customer can't open the mask, God willing, it's safe and healthy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini karena dekat rumah n brand yg cukup meyakin kan, niat mau potong rambut walau berhijab tetap harus stylist juga donk dirumah..
Kres kres rambut di potong alamaaaak… jauh api dari panggang. Gak sesuai dengan yang di mau. Ayolah walaupun salon muslimah tetap profesional donk sayang brand nya n di kasih voucher banyak banget tapi gak tau deh berguna apa gak. Emang di pikir saya bakal balik lagi kesini? Ih ogah balik ke salon ga bener. Bayar mahal ga sesuai ekspetasi
I'm here because it's close to home and a pretty convincing brand, right, if you want to cut your hair, even if you're wearing a hijab, you still have to be a stylist at home..
Kres kres hair cut naturally... far from being roasted. It doesn't match what you want. Come on, even though the Muslim salon is still professional, it's a shame the brand is given a lot of vouchers but I don't know if it's useful or not. Do you think I will come back here again? Oh, it's not right to go back to the salon. Pay expensive not according to expectations

I visited this salon on Monday early morning at 9am, I brought my mom and my auntie.
I’m suprise Moz Bekasi didn’t conduct covid19 restrictions. There’s no physical distancing in the area.
The space very limited. But no visitor arrangement inside the salon.
The ambiance very loud since the salon provide all the service in the same floor. It’s not comfortable at all hear the staff preparing tools at the back area, as well as their conversation. And I don’t understand why they have to play the music very loud ?
The staff look confused how to move, to provide the service due to limited space. It’s reflected in their faces.
Poor managerial skill when busy time and inside the salon.
Bad experience for me.
