 Please, give the staff an attitude, please.. for the ojol service, don't fix it, don't go ahead, it's almost 1 hour waiting for the new ones to come and get it right away and the service is bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa dgn aplikasi Hangry nya. Jadi ceritanya sy mau pesan utk take away. Sy udh tukar poin Telkomsel. Penukaran berhasil namun kode voucher nya ga bisa dimasukin ke aplikasi Hangry nya padahal blm lewat masa berlakunya. Sdh komplen ke Telkomsel malah lempar bola katanya kesalahan merchant nya. Sy kecewa jd ga jadi beli di sini. Padahal th lalu sy bisa pesan take away pake Telkomsel poin jg Tp utk th ini malah ga bisa. Poin sy yg udh ditukar pun ga bisa dikembalikan.
Sy benar2 KECEWA dgn Telkomsel & Hangry. Kalo memang ga bisa dipakai / tdk tersedia lagi ya ga usah ditampilin lah bisa ditukar poin di aplikasi my Telkomsel nya kan org jd TERJEBAK. Benar2 PEMBOHONGAN publik. So buat tmn2 yg mau pesan Hangry melalui tukar poin Telkomsel hati2 yaa jgn sampai terjebak
I am disappointed with the Hangry application. So the story is I want to order for take away. I have exchanged Telkomsel points. The redemption was successful but the voucher code couldn't be entered into the Hangry app even though it hasn't expired. After complaining to Telkomsel, he even threw the ball, he said it was the merchant's fault. I'm disappointed that I didn't buy here. Even though last year I was able to order take away using Telkomsel points too, but this year I can't. Even my points that have been exchanged cannot be returned.
I'm really DISAPPOINTED with Telkomsel & Hangry. If you can't use it / it's no longer available, you don't have to show it, you can exchange points in the my Telkomsel application, people get TRAINED. It's a public lie. So, friends who want to order Hangry via Telkomsel points exchange, be careful not to get trapped
