Sikorsky H-34 Choctaw (sebutan perusahaan S-58) adalah sebuah helikopter bermesin piston militer yang awalnya dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Angkatan Laut Amerika Serikat sebagai pesawat perang anti-kapal selam (ASW). Helikopter CH-34 ini pertama kali terbang pada tanggal 20 September 1954, yang kemudian dalam perkembangannya dipergunakan untuk kepentingan sipil dan militer.
Pesawat-pesawat tersebut merupakan hibah dari militer Amerika Serikat dan telah digunakan dalam perang Vietnam, yang didatangkan secara bertahap. The Sikorsky S-58T Twinpac helicopter is a development of the S-58 or CH-34 Chotaw type helicopters made by the US Sikorsky company in 1955. The Sikorsky H-34 Choctaw (called S-58 company) is a military piston engine helicopter originally designed to meet the needs of the United States Navy as an anti-submarine warplane (ASW). The CH-34 helicopter first flew on 20 September 1954, which in its development was used for civilian and military purposes.
The planes were a grant from the United States military and were used in the Vietnam War, which were brought in gradually. The first wave at the end of 1971 as many as four aircraft, then continued the next wave until it reached 16 aircraft. This aircraft was imported complete with instructors from the United States.
