★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menjelang malam engine cover bawah terlepas sehingga terseret saat jalan. Tidak ada bengkel umum & bengkel resmi yg beroperasi jam segitu (bahkan perush.asuransi jg tidak dapat dihubungi). Buka google & menemukan bengkel ini, langsung hubungi & segera direspon dengan baik. Tidak lama sudah meluncur & tiba di lokasi. Dihandle langsung oleh Kang Indra (owner Montir Online) dengan baik, sabar & teliti. Kita tidak pernah tau kapan masalah akan datang, mudah2an saat masalah datang kita sudah siap dgn emergency plan seperti Montir Online (jasa montir panggilan seperti ini), karena bengkel konvensional bahkan perush.asuransi sekalipun tentu dibatasi oleh beberapa keterbatasan (yg paling umum adalah jam operasional). Semoga Kang Indra (Montir Online) tetap sehat, jujur & memberikan kualitas yg terbaik, dan usahanya makin maju lagi. Respect!
Towards evening the engine cover fell off so that it was dragged along the road. There are no public workshops & official workshops that operate at that hour (even insurance companies cannot be contacted). Go to google & find this workshop, contact directly & immediately respond well. It didn't take long to slide & arrive at the location. Handled directly by Kang Indra (Montir Online owner) with good, patient & thorough. We never know when the problem will come, hopefully when the problem comes we will be ready with an emergency plan such as online mechanic (online mechanic services like this), because conventional workshops and even insurance companies are of course limited by several limitations (the most common is operating hours ). Hopefully Kang Indra (Online mechanic) stays healthy, honest & provides the best quality, and his business continues to advance. Respect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan baik, tapi musti ditingkatkan lagi kalau sudah janjian dengan klien di jam yang ditentukan. Kecuali jika ada halangan, baiknya montir mengabari agar klien tidak menunggu tanpa kejelasan.
Saat sudah jalan, montir men-share live location. Ini sudah bagus untuk track/estimasi di perjalanan.
Good service, but it must be improved again if you have an appointment with a client at the specified hour. Unless there is an obstacle, it is better for a mechanic to notify the client so that the client does not wait indefinitely.
When it's running, the mechanic will share the live location. This is already good for track/estimation on the go.
