★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat tidak memadai, sedang ada pemasangan AC tetapi masih menerima bookingan tamu, tempatnya ada bau tidak sedap dan banyak lalat… ga pernah ke tempat kuku sehancur ini
 The place is not enough, there is air conditioning installation but still accepting guest bookings, the place has a bad smell and a lot of flies have never been to this place with such broken nails

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya mudah terlihat, easy access buat ke sini. Di app gojek/grab juga ada nama lokasinya jadi mempermudah costumernya. Trus, begitu sampai di Montclaire kebetulan ada ownernya. Ownernya ramah banget! Walopun lagi handle costumer, ownernya greetings ke org yg baru masuk. THIS IS A PLUS POIN❤
Lalu interiornya, feminim, classy tapi masih ada kesan boldnya. Soo pretty u WON'T regret udah bkin appointment di sini.
Karna masi transisi PSBB, jadi mreka tetep menjalankan prosedur new normal. Jadi aman yahh. Nah, aku sm tmnku di handle sama staff-nya. Pengerjaannya kurang memuaskan sebenernya, kan aku include manicure, thats the worst manicure i've ever had :( kukunya ngga rapih, bentukannya ada yg square & oval. Sedih sih, udah bayar mahal tapi begitu. Trus, mungkin karna uda malam & aku sm tmnku costumer terakhir banget nih, jadinya buru2. Aku pasang fake nails, hasilnya bagus tapi engga presisi ? btw fake nailsnya tahan banget loh ????
Overall mnurut ku oke sih. Cm pengerjaannya lebih baik ngga terburu2, rasanya sayang aja uda spent tapi hasilnya kurang memuaskan.

THIS IS A PLUS POIN❤
Then the interior, feminine, classy, but there is still a bold impression. Soo pretty u WON'T regret I already got an appointment here.
Because of the PSBB transition, they still run the new normal procedure. So it's safe. Well, I sm my friend was handled by the staff. The process is not satisfying, actually, I included the manicure, thats the worst manicure I've ever had :( the nails aren't neat, the shapes are square & oval. It's sad, I paid a lot but that's it. Then, maybe because it's already night and I sm my friend was the last customer, I was in a hurry, I put fake nails on, the results were good but they were not precise ? btw fake nails are really tough ????
Overall I think it's okay. Cm the process is better not rushed, it feels like it's just been spent but the results are less satisfying.

Profesional, ramah, dan berkualitas! Lokasinya juga strategis banget, banyak tempat makanan di sekitar plus di atasnya ada barbershop, pas beut buat cowo yg nemenin pacarnya pampering.

At that time my boyfriend was looking for a place for eye lash and nail art around North Jakarta. After google, we decided to MontClair. Very satisfied with the service. Professional, friendly and quality! The location is also very strategic, there are many food places around plus there is a barbershop above it, just right for a guy who accompanies his girlfriend pampering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment at 4.30pm but when I arrived, the staff told me to wait for 1 hour and 30 mins as they are still customers - apparently one of them is a walk-in customer. What the point of calling up in advance for appointment?! Issue was not resolved although a call was made to the lady boss - insincere apologies and all they did was asked me to wait or re-schedule. No effort to rectify their mistake - worst customer service ever! So I requested for a refund of the money paid earlier for their membership since I'm disappointed and decided not to return. Was told that I could only receive 50%. Appalled by her response as it was not my fault and yet I'm being penalised for it...
