★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sore ini beli 2 cheese dan 2 mayo seaweed dibungkus , dapet nya 2 cheese dan 1 mayo seawed , diawali drama bayar pake qris mandiri dan transaksi berhasil ...dibilang ga bisa pake qris mandiri .., sampai email dari bank mandiri ditunjukin pun, dan saya minta difoto saja , mbak yg jaga nya bilang kalo uang suka ga masuk kalo byr dari qris mandiri , aneh ...
 This afternoon I bought 2 cheese and 2 wrapped seaweed mayo, got 2 cheese and 1 seawed mayo, it started with the drama of paying with independent qris and the transaction was successful ... it said you can't use independent qris.., until the email from the independent bank was shown, and I just asked for a photo, the lady in charge said that if money doesn't come in, if it's byr from qris independently, it's weird...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru pertama kali cobain beli Montato, tempatnya berlokasi di Foodcourt Supermall Karawaci, sebelahnya Baso Malang Cak Kris. Rasa makanan dan kualitas makanannya baik, enak, crispy dan bumbu terasa. Namun yang sangat-sangat perlu diperbaiki yakni pelayanannya, kasirnya jutek, tidak informatif. Pelayanannya juga lamban tidak gercep, padahal orderan pas datang cuman ada 2, tapi anehnya tidak langsung dikerjakan, sehingga menunggu hingga 45 menit baru orderan jadi, bahkan kompornya saja baru dinyalakan ketika orderan sudah menumpuk. Saran saja, bisa lebih baik lagi pasti untuk pelayanannya, sayang sekali produknya sudah baik namun pelayanan sangat buruk. Atau mungkin karena bulan puasa jadi karyawannya angot-angotan.
This is the first time trying to buy Montato, the place is located at Foodcourt Supermall Karawaci, next to Baso Malang Cak Kris. The taste of the food and the quality of the food is good, delicious, crispy and tastes good. However, what really needs to be improved is the service, the cashier is jutek, not informative. The service is also slow and does not speed up, even though there are only 2 orders when they arrive, but strangely they are not done right away, so they wait for 45 minutes before the order is finished, even the stove has just been turned on when the orders have piled up. Just a suggestion, it could be better for sure for the service, it's a shame the product is good but the service is very bad. Or maybe because of the fasting month, the employees take it easy.

President's Son Sang Pisang can be found here .. famous Kedung Sari Dessert also available .. a good place to rest after some walk around this huge mall while enjoy some foods and drinks ..
