When we arrived at PT. Monfori Nusantara, we were welcomed by Ms. Maya as the staff in charge of the plant quarantine installation and Ms. Nike as staff in research and development who had followed technical guidance on seed health testing as participants. We had quite a long discussion. Some evaluations related to the implementation of technical guidance such as the learning syllabus are quite good, but it would be nice if in the future the plants used as testing materials are ornamental plants because products from PT. Monfori Nusantara is an ornamental plant, laboratory facilities are adequate and participants are enthusiastic in participating in learning both in class and in the laboratory. PT. Monfori Nusantara appreciates the pocket book description of pests that has been distributed and hopes that a pocket book on pest descriptions will be published, carried by the seeds of ornamental plants. In addition, we saw the tissue culture production flow such as wearing production clothes first in the dressing room, seeing the agar media cooking process, seeing the agar media pouring process, agar media sterilization, planting tissue culture on agar media, seeing the space for placing tissue cultures in the incubator, the quality control team is checking the tissue culture, and looking at the plant quarantine installation room. It was time for lunch, we were presented with a simple menu but it was really delicious for me because the fried chicken was added with processed sweet and addictive baby pakcoy stir fry. During lunch, we also met two foreigners who were monitoring here. Apparently PT. Monfori Nusantara has exported a lot of ornamental plants to foreign countries so that it is often visited by importing countries.
