★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Momma Jakarta is honestly my go-to dessert gift shop! Great quality- no doubt. Their packaging is some of the most if not the prettiest I’ve seen. Perfect for sweet gifts to loved ones, colleagues, friends, etc...And most importantly, great service too! I wanted to send their kue sus to my grandma together with a letter.. they even helped me with writing down my letter in Mandarin! Definitely a 5 out of 5!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the klepon cake and kue sus, both were so good!! The sponge cake part in the klepon cake was so fluffy and nicely moist, had good flavor combination (sweet gula melaka and fresh coconut that’s slightly salty to balance the sweetness).
The kue sus was very fluffy and had the perfect sweetness level that is not too sweet. It also had very generous filling which surprised me. So addicting to eat!!
Really want to try the other cakes like ketan hitam cake!! Love how MOMMA creates such creative Indonesian artisanal cakes ❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Momma has honestly the best kue sus I've ever had. The choux pastry has a crispy outer shell (even after putting them in the fridge for hours) with very light, airy interior. The cold vanilla filling bursts into your taste buds as you bite into the cream puffs always feels so satisfying.
Their OG klepon cake in a box has the softest cream with bouncy sponge cake, filled with extremely generous coconut shreds. Definitely worth a try for people who want to eat by themselves or share with a smaller party.
Momma has turned traditional Indonesian desserts into the modern day's delicacies for the new generation to come to love and I'm always excited to see what unique things they're coming up with. Not only do they taste amazing, but also has the most creative concept for each product!
