In this place, you not only can see & buy the Modena products, but also can try them. That is the difference between experience center & store. Also available cooking class with well-known chef for you who love cooking. Nice & worth place to visit!

Very impressive experience when I got in. Started with cool and nowadays interior design, as well as its frontliners hospitality and ended up with buying product with excellent quality. I've been using Modena products ever since my childhood in late 80's

The only place in Jakarta for Modena appliances spareparts. The place is nice, the staffs are ok. But the downside is, they do not provide any other way of payment but CASH. This is quite dissappointing for a well-known brand, since the price of parts are not cheap at all.

Bad quality and qc for a new product. Bough a brand new showcase which is not cheap at all and not function well for the first try. Showcase had been taken by the technician for couple weeks and not yet done till now. Just not worth to buy β€œexpensive” for a bad service in my opinion. ?

UPDATED REVIEW & RATING (17 Dec 2020 at 00:10) The technician finally arrived 16 Dec 20 afternoon and the problem SOLVED right-away. Thanks Modena for taking serious action to solve our problem which in reality it's actually a silly one as we suspected: it requires longer in touching the on/off button. Bear in mind that using electric hob is our FIRST experience as we told the marketing guy. Having known that he should have taken care us as first user as previously - for years - we have been using gas. This might not have been a problem if the marketing guy probed me detailed questions about my problem instead of just suggesting to Call Center and did not want to help me. If he just said "Can you please hold the on/off button longer?" -- problem solved. Now we are satisfied with the technician as he solved our problem. Therefore I change now the rating from one star to four stars. Thank you. Original review (as lessons learned) posted when there was no prompt response on sending the technician: *Nice place but lousy product (or maybe lousy marketing guy?)*. I rarely gave one star but this time I have to. So sorry because I experience a very BAD service. Yes, I was impressed with the showroom as well as the friendly staff; the support lady who offered my wife with a great coffee. (Monday, 14 Dec 2020). The marketing guy (DS) was friendly and very helpful during his service to us (my wife and I). He explained everything about the HOB and recommended a good one to suit our needs and expectations. BUT he dd not provide complete picture of the product. He told us that we (the buyer) can install the product ourself without the help from Modena. That's what it should be, right? Good product is the one which requires 'plug and play'. So we thought everything would be OK. But today (16 Dec) we cannot make the product ON. We have to contact the contact center and it's scheduled for tomorrow (17 Dec). Of course this is NOT acceptable as the email from SUPPORT team mentioning that the installation will be done THE DAY AFTER delivery (yesterday). I called the marketing guy (DS) but he refused to help as his job is JUST marketing, selling the product. Everything about after sales should be arranged from Call Center. I begged his help to talk internaly, helping to solve our problem as we do not have anything to cook ini our kitchen today that's why we urged to send the technician today. He said, he is under 'leave' today and asked me to call the Call Center. Pretty standard and there was no willingness to help customer problem. We now wonder ...how come Modena has product that is not easy to start? Or....did Modena deliver us defective product? We have to beg for the technician who should come (automatically) the day after delivery as the email from Support mentioned. But we have to CALL first. If the product needs technician to install why DS did not tell us? He in fact told us that the installation is very easy and it can be done by ourself. NOTE: Delivery was lousy as the product was delivered LAST NIGHT exactly 21:31. It's not good at all .... Oh one more thing ... The marketing guy; despite he was friendly and helpful; he never say THANKS for the deal making. We made the deal right away on Monday. Maybe the amount is quite small, it's just Rp 5 million? But for sure he needs service excellence training. Definitely.

Cool place, good display of the products, i went there to attend a culinary workshop from LCB Malaysia. Saw the place, and was like, "ok, this place is neat! Perfect to hold a cooking demonstration or classes, cool kitchen too."

This place is not only comfortable but also full of warm-hearted people. Do come here to feel the real like-home experience. The clearance sale is a very good deal.

The quality of modena has been going downhill and it's really bad now. Bought 2 electric stove, and 1 oven. 1 stove worked fine. The oven front glass turns spotty after 1 week without any use. It has been 2 months since and the complaint and the glass is still on order. The other electric stove glasses scratched and it has been 3 weeks of promises and the date kept changing. For a product with 8 - 10 million price tag this is just unacceptable Edit at 7 feb They finally changed the stove and fix the oven
