Very bad quality of service. I am married with an Indonesian woman. I have a marriage KITAS and children. I have according to Indonesian law the right/duty to support my family. But when I applied for the credit to buy a car, they knew FROM TH BEGINNING that my wife is a housewife, and I have my income. From my country (Netherlands) and in here through homestay All according the Indonesian law. After a long time waiting, they even got a signature from the father of my wife, where he said to be responsible, if my wife and me can not pay the monthly credit. He put his house on the line for this. He called some friends of mine asking what I will do with the car. Well it is mainly to bring my children to school and other basic things as groceries, etc.
Then after more then one month, they declined. WHY? Because I am a foreigner. They knew this from the beginning. They not do their homework and the sales kept promising all will be fine.
I advice you especially as a foreigner to NEVER work with this company. If you can't get credit I advice you to buy a second hand car or a new car and pay the full price if you do not want to waste time.

Kualitas layanan sangat buruk. Saya menikah dengan seorang wanita Indonesia. Saya punya pernikahan KITAS dan anak-anak WNI. Menurut hukum Indonesia, saya memiliki hak / kewajiban untuk menghidupi keluarga saya. Tetapi ketika saya mengajukan kredit untuk membeli mobil, mereka tahu DARI AWAL bahwa istri saya adalah seorang ibu rumah tangga, dan saya memiliki penghasilan. Dari negara saya (Belanda) dan di sini melalui homestay Semua menurut hukum Indonesia. Setelah menunggu lama, mereka bahkan mendapat tanda tangan dari ayah istri saya, di mana ia mengatakan harus bertanggung jawab, jika istri saya dan saya tidak dapat membayar kredit bulanan. Dia mempertaruhkan rumahnya untuk ini. Dia memanggil beberapa teman saya untuk menanyakan apa yang akan saya lakukan dengan mobil itu. Yah itu terutama untuk membawa anak-anak saya ke sekolah dan hal-hal dasar lainnya sebagai bahan makanan, dll.
Kemudian setelah lebih dari satu bulan, mereka menolak. MENGAPA? Karena saya orang asing. Mereka tahu ini sejak awal. Mereka tidak mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah mereka dan penjualan terus menjanjikan semua akan baik-baik saja.
Saya menyarankan Anda terutama sebagai orang asing untuk TIDAK PERNAH bekerja dengan perusahaan ini. Jika Anda tidak dapat memperoleh kredit, saya sarankan Anda membeli mobil bekas atau mobil baru dan membayar harga penuh jika Anda tidak ingin membuang waktu.
