Pertama kalinya saya datang ke bengkel untuk ganti oli dan tune up.
Awalnya saya agak kebingungan untuk melakukan service ini, apalagi mandiri tanpa ditemani orang lain yang paham tentang permesinan.
Sebagai seorang pelanggan wanita saya sangat bersyukur bisa mendapatkan jasa pelayanan perbengkelan disini. Karena para staff sangat membantu dan benar2 mengecek apa saja kendala yang ada pada kendaraan.
Kendaraan saya grand livina 1500 cc tahun 2012, harus ganti oli beberapa waktu yg lalu, tapi karena belum sempat akhirnya baru kesampaian disini pas saya libur.
Saat datang ke bengkelnya staffnya langsung menerima dengan ramah dan mendengarkan apa yang saya sampaikan.
Meski agak tabu untuk saya tentang permesinan, staffnya tidak merasa terbebani dengan pertanyaan2 saya.
Akhirnya saya memilih paket ganti oli dan service 494k plus ganti filter oli total kisaran 550k, saya juga minta di spooring balancing karena agak goyang bannya. Dan staffnya welcome untuk mengecek dahulu sebelum dilakukan spooring balancing.
Staff pun mengatakan bahwa kaki2 harus diperbaiki dulu baru dilakukan spooring balancing. Yang paling penting adalah kampas rem depan yang sudah tipis, dikhawatirkan terkena cakramnya dan malah harus ganti cakram.
Saya akhirnya setuju dengan biaya tambahan ganti kampas rem depan 471k, dan mobil selesai di service.
Meski tidak memakai oli yang biasanya saya pakai, staff telah meyakinkan saya bahwa oli yang mereka pakai bergaransi oli asli, ganti oli lagi setelah 15.000km dan jika dalam pemakaian setelah diservice disini ada yang tidak sesuai saya tinggal datang lagi ke bengkel.
Setelah tune up juga RPMnya di setting ulang. Karena setelah dilakukan tune up RPM diatas 1.000 makanya sebelum saya pulang dan membawa si livina bapak staffnya menyetting RPM dengan menggunakan gadgetnya.
Setelah penservisan bereasaya menerima buku catatan visit dimana banyak sekali catatannya apa saja yang dicek dan diperbaiki. Selain itu di dalam nota pembayaran saya juga menerima pesan PR buat service si livina dibagian lainnya. Seperti angine mounting yang harus diganti, kaki2 yang yang harus di lurusin baru spooring trus ada beberapa lagi PRnya??
Sangat membantu bukan, maklum buat wanita permesinan iru hal yang agak tabu buat saya. Makanya disini sangat membantu.
Oiaa satu lagi, ada ruang tunggunya yang nyaman dilengkapi dengan musholla kecil, toilet dan free minuman seperti kopi teh dan air mineral.

The first time I came to the repair shop for an oil change and tune up.
At first I was a little confused to do this service, let alone independently without the company of other people who understand about machinery.
As a female customer, I am very grateful to be able to get workshop services here. Because the staff is very helpful and really checks what problems exist in the vehicle.
My vehicle is a grand livina 1500 cc in 2012, I had to change the oil some time ago, but because I didn't have time, it finally arrived here when I was on vacation.
When I came to the workshop, the staff immediately accepted in a friendly manner and listened to what I had to say.
Although it's a bit taboo for me about machinery, the staff didn't feel burdened by my questions.
In the end, I chose the 494k oil and service package plus the oil filter change for a total of 550k, I also asked for spooring balancing because the tires were a bit wobbly. And the staff is welcome to check first before spooring balancing is done.
The staff also said that the legs must be repaired first before spooring balancing is done. The most important thing is the front brake lining which is already thin, it is feared that the disc will hit and even have to replace the disc.
I finally agreed with the additional cost of changing the 471k front brake pads, and the car was serviced.
Even though I don't use the oil that I usually use, the staff has assured me that the oil they use is guaranteed genuine oil, change the oil again after 15,000km and if in use after being serviced here something doesn't suit me, I just have to come back to the workshop.
After tune up, the RPM is also reset. Because after the tune-up, the RPM was above 1,000, so before I went home and brought Livina, the staff member set the RPM using his gadget.
After servicing, I received a visit log book where there were lots of notes on anything that was checked and corrected. In addition, in the payment receipt, I also received a PR message for Livina's service in another section. Like the angine mounting that must be replaced, the legs that must be straightened are spooring then there are some more homework??
It's very helpful, isn't it, you know, for engineering women, it's a bit of a taboo for me. That's why it's very helpful here.
Oh, one more thing, there is a comfortable waiting room equipped with a small prayer room, toilet and free drinks such as coffee, tea and mineral water.
