★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dulu internet stabil, sudah beberapa bulan ini kualitas menurun terutama menuju malam atau saat hujan. customer service jg tidak profesional, sering telfon ke customer service karena speed menurun jauh dari yg di bayarkan namun sering tidak ada solusi.
In the past, the internet was stable, for several months the quality has decreased, especially towards night or when it rains. customer service is also unprofessional, often call customer service because the speed has decreased far from what was paid for but often there is no solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan paling burukk!!!!!!!!! , Setiap bulan WiFi sering los.... Manajemen nya buruk tidak memperbaiki SOP pelayanan utk pelanggan, setiap ada kerusakan teknisi datang 2-3 hari baru diperbaiki tidak cepat tanggap dgn kondisi saat ini !!!! Kalau tagihan paling cepat meminta, giliran ada kerusakan paling lama diperbaiki... !!!!!!!
Worst service!!!!!!!!!!! , Every month WiFi often loses.... The management is bad, they don't fix service SOPs for customers, every time there is damage, the technician comes 2-3 days to be repaired, not responsive to current conditions !!!! If the bill is asked for the fastest, it's the turn for the damage to be repaired the longest... !!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya ISP ini baik ya secara keseluruhan dengan kecepatan yang relatif stabil dan download/upload sama. Namun, lama-lama ISP ini kurang baik ya terutama masa Pandemi ini seringkali mengalami kendala. Ada waktu dimana, router saya sudah rusak dan perlu diganti. Pada saat ingin digantikan, bukannya router baru malahan yang bekas, padahal saya rela bayar untuk yang baru. Baru beberapa minggu ini juga, seringkali mengalami internet yang lambat karena hujan. Saya rekomendasikan untuk berpindah ISP.
Initially this ISP was good, overall, with relatively stable speeds and the same download/upload. However, over time this ISP is not good, especially during this Pandemic, it often experiences problems. There were times when, my router was broken and needed to be replaced. When I wanted to replace it, instead of a new router, it was a used one, even though I was willing to pay for a new one. It's only been a few weeks, too, often experiencing slow internet due to rain. I recommend switching ISPs.
