2x barang hilang, 3 kali barang rusak karena handling yg kasar, dan berkali-kali barang gak diantar sampai di rumah, disuruh ambil sendiri di gudang mereka.
Walau masih terpaksa ngirim ke sini karena jadwal dan masih ada hubungan "kerabat". Tapi tetap aja kejadian gak mengenakan terulang.
