★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jujur gapernah ngasih rating buruk ke salon tapi kali ini bener” kecewa:(, karyawannya ga ramah cuci catok harga standar dan lumayan lebih mahal dibanding salon lain tapi hasilnya ga rapi karyawannya buru” ngerjainnya:( sedih banget kalau tau gtu mending nyatok sendiri deh, karyawannya juga ga sabaran jadi nyisir dan hair dryerinnya kasar. Mohon diperbaiki ya
 Honestly, I've never given a bad rating to a salon but this time it's really "disappointed :(, the employees are not friendly at washing vise at standard prices and quite expensive compared to other salons but the results are not neat, the employees are in a hurry" to do it :( it's really sad if you know that it's better to fix it yourself, the employees are also impatient so they comb and the hair dryer is rough. Please fix it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aku udah langganan di mk trus mau crembath potong dll sm kakak ku, temen2 ku jg,kemarin2 kurang rapi masi gpp aku,lalu td aku potong rambut gak sesuai bgt sama yang aku inginkan dan lebih lagi gk rapi jelek ,yang kiri kependekan gak sama potongnya sama kanannya dan pelayanan mba nya jelek ,bener bener gak rapi ,aku bingung mau potong rambut model apa bukannya diarahin mala diem aja lalu aku kasi liat contohnya dr hp mala beda gak sesuai banget ,aku nangis dari salon sampe kost,aumpah sedih bgt liat rambut aku,mohon maaf sebelumnya ,tingkatkan lagi pelayanan dan jasanya biar pelanggan trus langganan,sampe gak mau ngaca ,aku gak mau lagi kesalon ini,trus udah selesai bukannya di arahin biar bagus rambutnya ,saran2 abis potong atau ditawari mau make vitamin ga,gak ada,,pas aku balik gak ada ramahnya atau bilang kembali lagi ya dll.mohon maaf sebelumnya saran aja pelayanannya lebih baik ,udah pelayanan buruk Jasanya buruk males mau dateng ,orang gak bakal nyaman,bahkan yg tadinya langganan udah males,kalau ga bisa motong rambut jgn motong dulu deh.terima kasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya lama banget, satu orang bisa sejam padahal ga rame dan cuma potong rambut. Nggak lagi2 deh kesini. Cukup sekali dan terakhir.
The service is really long, one person can take an hour even though it's not crowded and only cut hair. Not here anymore. Just once and last.

This is my first time coming to this salon and i just want to color my hair, because my friend told me that this salon hair coloring is great. I just choose the basic color, brown. My hair has been bleached before i came to this place, yet the color is still missing(?), just bleached. My hair is medium short, yet the price is quite expensive for me, especially knowing that it just only basic color and dont really work. It cost me 300K. I am so dissapointed ☹
