★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon dong info lengkapnya jika tidak menerima customer yg rumahnya jauh, sungguh kecewa ketika sampai rumah dimintai uang tambahan (tidak ada info di awal padahal sudah mengisi form alamat lengkap).
Hari berikutnya ditolak booking karna katanya rumah kejauhan :)
Mohon dipertimbangkan lg ketika mention kalimat "door to door" .
Utk data customer yg tersebar , mgkn bs lbh diperbaiki lg karna utk bbrp org ini sangat concern
Please give full information if you don't accept customers whose homes are far away, really disappointed when they get to the house for additional money (no info at the beginning even though you have filled in the complete address form).
The next day the booking was refused because he said the house was far away :)
Please consider again when mentioning the sentence "door to door".
For scattered customer data, maybe it can be fixed again because for some people this is very concerned
