★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 4 items. The sales person keyed in the wrong item numbers on the sales order form (but the items prepare are correct), so the difference, they told us that it’s non-refundable. Hence, they forced us to get other stuff or forgo the extra amount that we had paid for — this is extortion!!!!!!
Very disappointed with the service. We have to wait for more than half hour for the staff to ‘correct’ the mistake, i.e. input another sales order form and forced to buy a thing we don’t need.
Ooo..we have a membership but was not given a card, and they told us to pay 25,000 for the new card. Ridiculous!!!!!

- The place is hygienic
- Parking spot is always available and is cheap
- Very complete variety of home building materials (although missing some; cement handmixer, roof membrane, and others)
- Service is very professional
- Staffs are friendly
- Most material's price are cheap and sometimes sold at lower than market price tagged

If you want to go here, you should be driving slowly because you need to look at the sign of Mitra10 carefully and take necessary turn. They have plenty collection materials for your house, and I am satisfied about it. The service is good, and the cashier is quick. I love shopping here. I could not be happier if you you offer discounts!

The building is on the right corner of the street.
Nice place and well organize.
Some of the item is more cheaper than depo, other is more expensive depends on what you need and what is on sale at that time.
